À seulement 800 mètres de l'agitation du restaurant et de la rue commerçante de Margaret River, le K Shed est situé dans un cadre de brousse naturel. Le K Shed est à 250 m du barrage de Margaret River et des sentiers de randonnée pédestre et à vélo populaires. Margaret River est célèbre pour ses vignobles, ses plages de surf et de baignade, ses grottes, son artisanat local et ses œuvres d'art ainsi que sa gastronomie. Situé dans le complexe de chalets Arcadia sur l'avenue Wilmott, qui est un point de ramassage pour les visites de vignobles.

Le K Shed a trois grandes chambres - 2 avec lits queen (en bas) et une avec deux lits simples à l'étage. Il a une salle de bain / buanderie combinée et des toilettes séparées. Une grande salle à manger s'ouvre sur une terrasse avec un barbecue électrique donnant sur la brousse naturelle (parfait pour un repas relaxant et quelques boissons tranquilles). À l'étage se trouve un grand salon avec télévision, chaîne stéréo et salons confortables (juste l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie à visiter les caves ou les plages). Pour votre confort, chaque niveau dispose d'un système de climatisation / chauffage à cycle inversé et les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis pour votre séjour. Une connexion Wi-Fi est accessible gratuitement.

A beautiful home away from home, so much thought has gone into this holiday home. From hooks to put your coats up to a little electric wood heater for ambience upstairs, in the lounge room.
The tree views from the windows are beautiful especially when it’s raining outside and you’re nice and warm with the reverse cycle heating. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and exploring the area.

The K-Shed is set in beautiful bush surroundings in close proximity to Barretts Weir with great walks or bike rides through the forest. In close proximity to the centre of Margaret River. I hosted a friend from London for a week and we both felt we had been away on a retreat. The K-Shed provided everything we needed and more.

The property was exactly what we needed. Close to the centre of town, with spacious living area and rooms. We even walked to the nearby river one day. All the necessary appliances where on hand.

We were unaware that this cottage sat amongst about 20 others. The cottage interior could do with an update including the beds. The cottage was cold, we were there at the beginning of June and it was very wet. Overall the cottage didn't feel welcoming. We did however love MR

The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the deck at the rear and its view. The walks by the river a very short distance away are absolutely wonderful. The house also makes an excellent base for the many great sights in the wider area. The town is also a short distance away, which we found very convenient. All in all a lovely stay which greatly enjoyed.

My wife and I loved this place. The views are lovely – wonderful wooded area. It was great having breakfast outside. Inside is very clean, bed very comfortable with a great seating area upstairs with lovely sofas. The kitchen has everything you would need. There are walking trails that lead from the house. The centre of town is about an 8 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place. Next time we are in Margaret River we will stay here again if it is available.

Very relaxing 3 days in Margaret river. Best Margaret river trails just outside the back door. The chalet is close to town but away from busy road. Clean, comfortable and well presented. Gorgeous peaceful outlook from the back veranda. Highly recommended.

Nice house, well equipped, loved the knife set. It's quiet and a little away from the town center, no footpath to walk there. I really liked the house - apart from the bed in the bedroom next to the kitchen, the bed was far too soft and unusable for us. Sorry, but please get a decent firm mattress. One of the best equipped properties I have stayed in.

Perfect for a girl weekend
We stayed here for a friend's 50th. So close to town and set in a beautiful location, was gorgeous to sit outside on the deck in the late afternoon for a wine and enjoy the view of the bushland. Booking and check in was a breeze and all enquiries were answered promptly. Highly recommended this cute property

Arrived to a lovely wooded location, the property was very clean, cosy and warm. Close to main town and was a very enjoyable stay I liked the sofa space as some places only have 2 seaters for 6 people but this one fitted us all on.

Fabulous location and comfort
We are a family with three adult kids staying with us. The house was awesome I loved the feel and style of the house. Needed an extra bathroom but we managed. The house was fully equipped with toaster grill , rice cooker and more. I would highly recommend the K-Shed. It was a fantastic walk down to the weir and up to Rotary Park for a coffee. Thanks Lorraine for making our stay comfortable.

Great break away
My family an I stayed here for three nights an we could not fault it at all. The place was clean had all the amenities that we needed an more (washing machine 😁) the AC was absolutely amazing an sitting out on the deck with the kookaburras was a highlight. We will definitely be back. It’s only a short distance from town. We loved morning/evening walks round the weir.

The K Shed is in a great quiet location just outside of the town centre. It has a beautiful view towards the bush but is within walking distance to town. It's well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful Experience
We had a ball. Perfect base to move around the region. Tranquil location with friendly Kookaburras sited many times. We had 4 this morning. Highly recommended

We loved staying at K Shed! This chalet has everything you could want and more. Fully equipped & comfortable. So tranquil with its outlook over the trees and even a few parrots visited. Location is fantastic with an easy walk to town and down to river. Highly recommend staying here as I’ll be back.
