The Cabot Lodge was a pleasant surprise. Although compact, every possible need was thought of and addressed, right down to a noise-canceling machine. It was a wonderful stay.

Nothing. It was a nice little place.

Being two 62 yr olds who are not in the greatest shape, it was a little small. Especially if you have to sleep on the wall side and like most 60+ yr olds, have to get up in the nite. Let’s just say I’m glad I can still bend a little. Having said that. I would stay there again. It’s kinda cool.

Clean place and friendly staff

I knew the space would be a little small but not as small as it was. 2 adults and baby and it was super tight. The stairs for loft bedroom was too rough to use without shoes. Not knowing the area it ended up being too far from the action in salem for Halloween. Restaraunts didn't have good food that we got. Just wasn't happy and ended up forfeiting the hotel money to get a different hotel in salem! Just wasn't happy there. Probably would have been different if I was just one in the room.

Cutest and cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It was located in such a cute historic area as well. Will definitely be back! I ubered to Salem as well and it was only a 7 minute ride!

nothing negative about the property but other guests staying there was pretty rowdy while opening and closing doors all night and not quietly.

Location!! So much to eat and drink nearby everything in walking distance. The room itself was adorable small but had everything you needed and felt comfortable.

I liked that it was clean, and they provided some nice snacks in the hall!

The location wasn’t necessarily ideal, but not terrible. I didn’t really like the setup of our room; it was cramped, but I also get that comes with older buildings like this. It didn’t really feel like it was worth the money we paid to stay here

Easy to get to, all on easy to access first floor. bed was super comfy, loved the little noise maker to mask the street noises. It was super clean and cute. q

the room is TINY. We had to climb over each other to get out of bed. the bathroom is so small the sink is outside it in the room. Could have just used more luggage space. Parking was only free 8p-8a.

location was perfect and updating inside was nicely done and pleasant colors/fixtures. staff was very communicative and friendly. appreciated the parking, water and fridge!

it was very clean but unfortunately that means it smelled overwhelmingly like cleaning products which never went away and the windows didn’t open so it was actually really unpleasant.

Such a cute, charming place! It's the kind of hotel that you still remember years later. First of all, Beverly is such a cute town right out of a tale (lovely Main Street with its shops and cafes, the churches, the gardens...) and this hotel just fits perfectly in it. These girls have though of absolutely everything to the very last detail: the outside of the hotel with its plants, the beautiful lobby, the common area, the room itself, everything has been decorated beautifully. Although sq.ft. wise the plan of the room was not that big, they have managed to fit a full bathroom, a queen size bed and a single bunk bed on top of the bathroom and, it still felt spacious with 3 people sleeping in it. We really appreciated the room under the bed to put the suitcases in, the sink outside of the bathroom, the white noise machine, the little basket of snacks, even the soap/shampoo/moisturizer smelled amazingly. Have I already mentioned how beautifully decorated it is? Last but not least, beds were really comfortable and everything was spotless!

Parking. I understand that there was some city changes going on. It wasn’t the easiest. Great use of the space in the room. It would have been nice to have a foldable table and chair though.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cabot Lodge. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and practical for shorter stays. The kitchen area is very convenient as it has a fridge/freezer & microwave.along with a multifunctional water dispenser. The town is lovely and quiet, with the Cabot Lodge being located on the quieter of the 2 main streets, far less vehicles with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and small family run businesses. The Cabot Lodge offers 10% off various local businesses and City Eats just over the road serves breakfast and lunch with a varied menu, the Toasted Blueberry Muffins were amazing and huge!. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

The Cabot Lodge is a lovely quaint hotel on the quieter of the 2 main streets running though Beverly. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The kitchen area was very useful as it had a fridge/freezer & microwave. Also there is multifunctional water dispenser with coffee and tea available.. Staff are very friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. We had a medical emergency and they were very supportive and helped us through this stressful time.

If you were staying for an extended period of time the rooms may become a bit small. To get to the second smaller bed above the shower room required shoes as the metal rungs will hurt your feet.
