The property was extremely well maintained. Amazing customer service. Kalila provided exceptional customer service. Upon arrival, she was prompt, thorough with the check in information, and friendly. I shared the purpose of our trip - going to the strong museum and she took the time to tell me about the attractions and how my kids would love it! She was so kind and friendly, talking to her made me feel right at home with friends! She also recommended some restaurants for us to dine! You can tell she e really takes pride in providing excellent customer service as she is definitely a people person. She made our stay go above and beyond exceeding our expectations. We’ve stayed at home2suites in Buffalo, and did not have the same experience unfortunately but we are already booking our next stay at this location later this month.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Everyone we met gave us a warm hearted hello with a smile. Loved having the bit of extra space with ability to draw the curtain, after a week staying in a cramped NYC hotel room with 3 kids. Kids said the beds were the most comfy out of the 3 hotels we stayed in over the week and apparently we were all snoring lol. I had a great morning swim, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Running behind on schedule and called to notify site. Was told needed to arrive before midnight. Desk clerk was awesome and expedited process. Room was most spacious on this trip. Breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful.

Although it was the same breakfast every day, at least it was reliable, warm, and good selection, the staff at breakfast were attentive.

Breakfast was great the 2nd day because we went early. There were so many options and the waffles were fantastic as usual. The coffee was hot and fresh and the food was hot.
Breakfast the 1st day was not the best. There was very little left out and there was over 1/2 hour left. The food in the warmer was ice cold and apparently was not working right.

It had all the amenities needed! Everything was updated & nice looking! They had nice outside areas with seating. The suite was pretty roomy & had real plates, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, large fridge, etc. oh, and I really liked the full size shampoo, conditioner, & body washes in the shower.
I wish the breakfast was a hot American breakfast with things like scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. They did have some warm food options like frozen biscuit & muffin sandwiches & frozen omelettes, but sometimes they were not really warm. And trash started piling up quickly once there was a big crowd at breakfast.

The pool was awesome . But think about putting instructions in Spanish . There were other guests in the pool one night . Drinking and spitting in the pool . Gross . They didn’t get out at 10 pm either . Not sure what happened .
The king bed was too hard for $200 a night .

Room was not sufficiently clean. Others Belongings in drawers, broken fixture in shower(notified staff). Sheets smelled funky; questioning whether they had been laundered, slept on top. No supervision of children in pool area, Screaming so loudly had to leave. Very disappointed 😞

The hotel was great. we had a handicap accessible room that was truly accessible they had the correct bathing facilities and grab bars for the toilet.
