The location

The apartment is dated, with worn/stained carpets. The pillows smelled of stale sweats. Lots of rules and regulations to abide, yet they themselves did not. Would rather stay in the hotel next door instead. Had renovations happening above us for 3 out of the 5 days we were there. If I’ve have known would have not booked for those dates. The noise of the jack hammers/drilling/hammering kill the vibe.

Good location

1, Needs serious cleaning. On arrival, we noticed some leftover private areas hairs with small stains on the bedding linens. Dusty benches, outdoor beds and tables, that you can’t really use. Very greasy kitchen, especially microwave oven. Had reported to the holiday rental specialists. They said they will send someone to do cleaning, but by then I have already did it myself and that took me more than a hour to do the cleaning . 2, we have 4 people, 1 queen bed and 2 single beds are equipped in the rooms, all together there were 3 quilts . I was trying to ask for an extra quilt, but the management said they have already provided as how the standards required , if we need extra 1 quilt, we have to pay for it. So better be prepared for this. 3, bedbugs bites. The second day morning, I woke up with multiple bedbugs bites on my back, they are swollen painful and itchy, so far, it has been 10 days, they are still hurting me. We have seen some dead flies, some alive blattella Germanica running around. We are scared that we might have brought some bugs back home, that will be a nightmare! Please, do proper cleaning.

Perfect for my elderly parents to sit out on wide verandah area, very open and easy property.

No BBQ and a little more crockery, only a few plates, no bread and butter plates, so washed up constantly as waste to run dishwasher half full.

the apartment had cockroaches and not as clean as expected. No barbecue as mentioned.

There seemed to be a new for pest treatment when possible. Quite a few cockroaches and spiders were the only room for improvement
