A bit noisy with cleaning staff I. The morning

Baby cockroaches crawling up the wall, fridge defrosted while we were at a wedding and water all over the floor. There was not even a water in the fridge as a complimentary item and the coffee and tea were not enough for 2 night stay. The lift broke on Friday and was still not fixed when we left on Sunday. Cobweb on the side wall close to the bed.

Staff were great. Friendly and chatty. The ladies that clean the rooms were also super friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee they make in reception. It clean and cosy. I’d go back again.

Clean and modern, close to amenities and loved the Combi coffee shop. Very cute 💜

The young lady on reception was great at multi-tasking and very friendly. Location in walking distance to beach, blow hole, ocean pool restaurants and shops. Clean and modern. Small but sun trapped pool area.

A chair with a back for the desk in the room would have been ideal rather than a stool.

Rooms are very simple with no character.

It was a well-set-out room but very small. Clean. Great car park underneath so you could move in when it was raining and your car was secure during the night. Friendly staff.

It was a tiny room and the balcony meant that you heard the noise from other rooms. It echoed through the center of the complex. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken down at the time but they provided a great fan in the room and that worked great. They even rang me before taking the booking to let me know and let me decide whether to stay. A bit hard to find the place, needs a better sign for the reception area from outside.

The only thing I would change is an extra mirror in the room. There is only 1 in the bathroom.

Great location. Nicely refurbished. Good size room. Coffee van in the foyer downstairs was a nice touch.

Aircon wasn't working, but we were advised before our arrival. A fan was placed in the room, which worked ok. The room did, however, need a small table and a couple of chairs. There's no point in having a kitchenette if you've got nowhere to sit to eat your food. While there is undercover parking underneath, it is a tight squeeze. Especially if you have a largish vehicle.

The presentation of the property was great. Free undercover parking was a bonus

The air conditioning wasn’t working (I was informed by them on phone after booking) so did make the room a little hot, so a fan was organised for the room. The fan was a little noisy but was a good alternative. Hope next time the air will be working.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the nearest beach. Close to shops and eatery.

Love the property. Would have given a 10/10 but the shower was annoying as water came out on the whole bathroom floor. And unfortunately during our stay for 2 nights the air conditioning was not working and was going to take another week or so to be fixed, which made the night very humid even with the fan provided. Overall we love the place and will return.

We always love staying at the Nova Kiama. The hotel is modern, clean, centrally located with great facilities, and the staff are always friendly. If you’re a family - book a family room that includes a bunk bed.

Super appartement! Kleine maar frisse badkamer met een geweldige inloopdouche. Alles ziet er fris en nieuw uit. Koffie, thee en waterkoker op de kamer plus koelkastje. Hele comfortabele bedden. Het ligt om de hoek bij de maning street waar 2 prima restaurants zitten. En op de hoek zit een pub. Als we weer in Kiama komen boeken we het weer!

Location and staff were excellent.

There were no facial tissues. Only 1 stool to seat for 2? No soap in wash basin. Safe was faulty, Room 115.

Clean rooms, good facilities

Comfy and clean room Young girl who was in training who checked us in was lovely.

Toilet didn’t work and wasn’t fix even after having left the room at 11am and returning at 9pm. After hours on call lady was rude, unhelpful and just made excuses regarding any of our issues the morning that we left.

No fridge no water no ice after saying three times they would bring to room

The location is perfect with walking distance to beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Staff there are always friendly and welcoming.

The only downside would be that the room we stayed in had an iron but no ironing board and no full length mirror.

The location is excellent and the girl at the front counter efficiently fixed a problem we had with our room.

One of the beds had a sheet on it that had not been changed. The magnet on the porch would not hold the door open so it kept slamming. Not enough hooks!

The staff were very accommodating, very nice, friendly service overall was amazing, I would definitely stay there again. In the heart of everything no need to drive around everything with walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central. Modern and clean.

For a couple or single it would have been fine but with a toddler it was a bit cramped with nowhere to sit except the bed. The bathroom only had a shower, no bath and it was very slippery as water splashed all over the floor when taking a shower. The balcony faced into other apartments so we had to keep the blinds closed all the time. No view of anything to escape the room. Not enough space to hang clothes.

Location and cleanliness

Missed the mark a little. No full sized mirror and nowhere to hang a hand towel in bathroom.

reception staff were exceptional and location is fantastic.

the room was beautiful the floors did need vacuuming from sand and the cleaner didn’t do this other than that we loved it
