nicely kept

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was right next to Caroline's on the Bay so that was convenient for dinner. The hotel is very basic and does not look like much but for the price it was perfect. The room itself was huge and the bed was comfortable. I did not bring my pet but they do accept pets. We stayed two nights and I know on the second night the hotel was at a full or nearly full capacity. I saw a couple of people with dogs but I never heard any barking or noise from other guests.

It needs to look a little brighter, maybe in the spring/summer months there are plants and/or flowers. I also wish they had coffee in the lobby but maybe in the summer months they do.

I like the remoteness of the property and fact that there is restaurant right across street. The staff is very helpful and on top of things. Room is spacious and clean with comfortable bed.

I feel their needs to major improvement within bathroom area of room and also a microwave in room would be nice. Let’s get for real how much does a microwave cost these days

Staff courteous.

No coffee offered in morning...beds uncomfortable... had to disinfect own room with own supplies...while flooring looks new...everything else was old and dirty. Couldnt even see out of sliding glass door. We definitely paid way to much to stay at this motel.

that they allowed pets

check in staff gave bad attitude while checking in. he did not make me feel welcomed at all. was almost threatening. sheets were dirty... looked like there was blood stains on them

close to things

it was dirty and out dated rooms and bathroom smell. had not even a microwave. the slider door locks are broken and they just put a piece of wood there

No coffee. Would’ve been nice to have chairs on balcony. Outside needs sprucing up. Wouldn’t take much, paint the railings put some flowers outside etc. kind of bleak…

great location

looked clean floors were filthy. shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. they only had towels for 1 person, there was boogers behind bathroom door ugh. no coffee makers.

What breakfast? The room was clean spacious quiet.

They said no children?

A very good value. Clean, well maintained, and they allowed our dog! Going to stay again.
