I loved the property it was just small details such as the shower making noise when showering and the living room tv not working that made our experience not the best but overall it was decent

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The location was great, close to a local beach park and Slide Waters. The view was also really nice. My kids really enjoyed having a sleepover with their friends in the room with the bunk beds.
We did have a few minor issues and with a bit of attention or maintenance it they would be easily resolved.
The front door lock could use an upgrade, the lock set has a lot of play and at times was difficult to open seamlessly.
The Samsung “Frame” TV in the main living room wasn’t functional.
The mini split system in the main bedroom with an on suite started making quite an unpleasant noise the first night, we remediated it by turning off the circuit for the AC at the breaker. It wasn’t a big deal as temperatures were moderate, but could have been quite annoying to sleep if we hadn’t. The support team was quick to respond, and we informed them of the issue so they could resolve it once we left.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and thought it was a decent value for a party of 4 adults and 4 kids.

The location of the property is great. However, the AC unit in the master bedroom needs attention. The incredibly loud noise kept us up most of our first night. I reported the issue & the property manager was quick to schedule service but it’s unclear as to whether anyone came out to service the unit. The noise from the AC unit continued our entire stay and we never received a reply to our status inquiry. The beds in the two larger rooms were very uncomfortable with really thin mattresses. And the walls/floors are very thin so you can hear other guests walking & talking. We spent most of our trip away from the unit, so it served its purpose. Just not a very restful stay. These were comments posted by prior guests as well. We can also confirm that the tv in the living room was not functional for us. This was also mentioned by previous guests. Based on the repeat feedback of the same issues, these items should be addressed.
* the sliding glass door does not lock & was reported to the property manager. The peephole on the front door was installed backwards, so the person on the outside can see into the home. Both are security issues that should be resolved.

The AC was not working in half the bedrooms, and the beds could stand to be replaced . Not a great sleep.

View was very nice, as was the modern remodel and decor. It was also well stocked with lots of great kitchen items and some fun games and books. We did have some issues: the main TV was not working and we did not receive any support with this issue, the beds were very uncomfortable (my husband and I ended up having to sleep on separate beds because they were so bouncy, like sleeping on a waterbed), and the walls/floor are also very thin so there was quite a bit of noise from other guests. A few other minor things: the microwave turntable was broken, so food didn't spin and therefore heated unevenly; and many of the outlets didn't work. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, but not the best value for the money.

Open living room/dining room/kitchen gives lots of space. Really clean. Lots of extra linens. The view and location are great. Lots of communication from the property linens company. Listing notes two queen beds but they are actually full size beds.

Location was good. The condo was roomy. There were 6 of us. The unit was not ready for us when we arrived at the scheduled time, not an issue as things happen but a message letting me know would have been appreciated. The TV in living did not work. The air conditioner in master bedroom was noisy even when turned off. Other than that it was well equipped and comfortable.

Very nice unit. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Unit was fully stocked and supplied with well-thought out amenities. Wonderful lake view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very prompt responses to questions before and during stay. Thank you.

Location was what we loved but rental was cluttered and felt like someone’s home because of all the kitsch. Parents would not like having to worry about their children knocking things over. Could not watch the beautiful tv because the remote was far too space age for us. Think of a white egg with no writing on it. They need to leave information on how to use it. Very clean and a great kitchen. Unit was overly decorated without that vacation feel. If you are spending all your time at Slide Waters or on the lake you might be able to get by after putting things out of reach of children.

This was the perfect place for six friends and a dog to celebrate Thanksgiving. The view was beautiful, the walk to Chelan was easy and refreshing, and we had everything we needed to make a great holiday dinner!

The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. We appreciated the work put in to remodel the condo, especially in the kitchen. It was well appointed and all we needed was whatever we wanted to eat/drink. The only room for improvement was that it was pretty dirty on the balcony so we weren't able to enjoy the space. Otherwise, it met all of our needs.

The condo was well decorated and updated but some parts were unfinished-pinholes in areas of the walls and parts of walls that needed painting. It was well stocked of towels dishes etc and good location next to chelan bay. The Wi-Fi code we were provided did not work and the issue was not resolved even after contacting. Several lights and sockets do not work.
The biggest issue we encountered was the cleanliness however. It did not appear to be vacuumed. Tried vacuuming ourselves and the vacuum was not working. There was popcorn and dirt under the couch which also couples as a coffe table sectional type so when you pull out the lounge piece you see dirt old popcorn and food.
Floors turned our feet black. We had to mop which helped a little. They have a good floor cleaner and mops but either aren’t moping well or not rinsing. They really should invest in a steam mop. That is the best way to fully clean laminate. Also, the patio was filthy. It needs to be washed and scrubbed after each guest. Overall, we expected much higher standards of cleanliness and utility for the price we paid.

We loved the location and space, the unit had nearly everything we needed and was super cute, great amenities. We are also vrbo hosts so we know it’s not easy. We stayed here for 5 days, on day 2 our downstairs neighbors arrived and blasted insanely loud music until they left on day 4. Fortunately it was only during waking hours (like 11 AM until about 10 pm), but it was overwhelmingly noisy, we could hardly enjoy our own unit during that time. These neighbors were also Vacasa guests so we notified Vacasa of the problem and did not receive a response. It didn’t totally ruin our trip as our kids are old enough that they don’t nap, and the music did stop a little bit after they went to bed. But if you stay here and have kids who need to nap, this would be a deal breaker for you I promise. We enjoyed having the mini split units to stay cool. On day 3 the unit in the main living area started making an incessant, loud rattling hum which was a real treat to stack on top of the noise from the downstairs neighbors. We notified Vacasa of this issue and while they were unable to send anyone to investigate during our stay, hopefully they can resolve it for the next guests. Ultimately we were disappointed that Vacasa could not help either of these issues but we still had a good time since our kids were older. But we would not return to this unit again, knowing what we paid and knowing it wasn’t exactly a peaceful escape from the city like we’d hoped.

Nice place overall - all updated but like other review the floors are dirty like others have stated intheir reviews. Not that is a big deal...the place is HUGE...not far from the water but not a quick walk to it either. If you have a big group you will love this place... the A/C inthe master bedroom is super loud and needs work.

If you are looking for a big place with lots of room a little ways from the water with a nice view this will work for you.

Nice kitchen, dining and living room as shown in pictures. View was beautiful! Outside of building could use some work but that didn’t have an affect on our stay. Outside grass area was deceiving so if u are counting on using that space you might want to reconsider. Overall it worked for us.

The roominess was great and the beds were comfy. The little deck area needs new flooring as it gets your feet black and then the floors inside get dirty. The kitchen could use some kitchen towels instead of just a roll of paper towels.

we knew this place would be totally remodeled but what blew us away is the awesome view of the lake! We couldn't wait to get back to the condo to enjoy the view and watch the sunset! We will be back next Summer for sure!

Even though this property is not lakefront, it does have an amazing view of Lake Chelan. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony or even inside at the table taking in the view!
