The property was run down, we had ants and cockroaches in our room. Felt like we were staying in low income housing.

Good location. Nice property, especially out by the water.

There was essentially no furniture. There was a queen bed in bedroom and the main room had stacked single beds where the bottom slid out from under the top one. This one had the most comfortable mattress. The others were extremely firm. There was a very small table with a few chairs around it. .

I thought the entire outside of the property ( including the water front area) looked ole and needed a lot of paint and repairs . Such a shame because it has a lot of potential of being a great resort.

As mentioned…. Entire outside needs an update look. Inside room was ok…. But we were by the pool and there was an extremely bright light by the window. Did not have a very good night sleep! Also the pool area ( building) was filthy and need of repairs.

The pool area, the beach area, the kayaks and the view. Great little spot with lots of charm, if a little run down in places but nothing to keep me from heartily recommending Amoray!

We were a little disappointed there was no morning coffee/refreshments as told at check in. Also the food truck wasn't in operation either. No biggie at all just that at check in they told us about it. Thanks!

the queen suite was not a suite it was very old and dirty I actually would have felt cleaner on the porch. The porch with hammock isn’t even private it’s a little partial wall splitting you from the other persons suite

Spacious room with a huge deck. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were super soft. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. Snorkeling tours on site. Little beach to play in the sand. The pool is warmer than the ocean water for the little swimmers. Staff is top-notch and always with a smile! Theresa was super helpful and friendly.

Blankets too light a material for the beds. Bathroom needs a robe hook and someplace to hang up towels to dry. The room lights were all on 1 wall switch

Breakfast was very basic, coffee (bad) and fruit, but at least they offer something unlike most of the hotels/resorts in the area. It's an older property that needs some TLC especially exterior/grounds. The room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C was kind of loud as was the refrigerator. The beach area and amenities were a plus. All in all, good value for the money. We would consider it if we return to area.

Right next to the Caribbean Club where they filmed scenes from Key Largo - an amazing grungy but highly charismatic beach bar.

Very tatty room in a horrific state of disrepair. stained under bedding. Cracked windows. Musty. Rotting woodwork. etc

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable, fridge and coffee maker included. Lovely location on the water.

Only negative was that one of the only 2 kayaks available was broken.
