Conveniently located, short walk from station. Nearby restaurants are available as well as convenience store.

Didn't offer pajamas like some other Japanese hotels do, but that doesn't take the goodness of the hotel away.

I liked that it was quiet and clean.

The check in process with confusing, and the staff that did come to help wasn't the most happy to see us. Also no one warned us about the added Kyoto tax, so we had to pay more after already paying. And the staff member could have explained but didn't.

Spacious room considering it was Japan, room has the basic facilities which is all we needed for our stay. Would stay here again.

Staff presence is a bit hit and miss. The washing machine/dryer did not work very well - better off using a laundrette.

Very close to the train station and clean bigger rooms! We stayed 3 nights and it was very convenient, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at M's Hotel Kyoto. It was a very quiet location and room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Very easy and efficient check in and checkout process.

I was really close to Kyoto Station on foot. Added security of having to key in a code before entering the hotel. Comfortable room.

I arrived earlier than check in time to drop off my luggage, there was no one at reception and I had to drop my luggage off in the lobby using a lock provided by the hotel. Over all not really a problem but maybe avoid this hotel if you plan on dropping off your luggage earlier and arent confortable with leaving your bags in the open.
