- Nous sommes situés à 3 km de la CDB et Plages sur 5 acres à Lot 5 Downes Street.

- Chambre en bas a 3 grandes chambres (1 lit queen), (1 double et 1 simple) (les 3 autres lits simples) très grand espace ouvert avec salon, cuisine entièrement équipée / salle à manger. Il y a 2 canapés-lits doubles dans le salon également. Climatisation, Tile feu, Ventilateurs à balayage, Chauffe-huile. Salle de bains avec WC séparé. Salle de jeux ci-joint, beaucoup de livres, vidéos et DVD pour votre divertissement. Il y a 2 BBQ 1 gaz et 1 feu de bois, les paramètres extérieurs, Patio et balcon à l'étage donnant sur un lac.
- Nous avons un court de tennis, un filet de cricket, une route pour les enfants pour faire du vélo et beaucoup plus pour en profiter. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement pour les bateaux et les remorques.
- Beaucoup de différentes variétés d'oiseaux pour l'observateur d'oiseaux.
- Escapade parfaite en hiver ou en été pour les grandes familles ou les groupes.
- Veuillez noter qu'il y a 2 lacs sur la propriété.
- A ce stade, nous pouvons accueillir 12 personnes. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace pour planter une
tente ou une caravane.
- Le lac est un cadre charmant pour les cérémonies de mariage.
- Les prix varient à partir d'un tarif de base de 180 $ pour 4 personnes + 20 $ par personne et par nuit (sauf les jours fériés et scolaires) Les prix commencent à 200 $ pour 4 personnes + 20 $ par personne et par nuit Vacances. )

Esperance has some unbelievable beaches and is well worth the drive from Perth.
LaCabane is a very tranquil and relaxed property that has everything that you need to enjoy your stay.

Be afraid of your communication.
We already book your property and you cut out our rental fees as well. So have to tell me how to check in properly. When every we arrive depend on our situation. Every single time we can't make be on time. We booked 3:00 pm to 10:00 am that is our time. To be honest we feel annoyed and depressed. We are not happy in your property. Next time if you do like your customer you might not get good respond.

What a hidden gem!
We usually stay with friends when visiting Esperance but after staying here we will be thinking again. Our friends home is lovely but what with pets, teenagers and hangers on, this is a better option, in fact my sixteen year old wants to bring the family to Esperance and specifically here to celebrate!
Everything was wonderful: traveling with a puppy and teenagers can be fraught but it was smoothly dealt with. The accommodation was delightful as was Vikki. We could have spent so , much more time there and I am sorry we did not. This was a wonderful visit and we will be back and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking peace, quiet, restfulness and serenity.

Very comfortable & friendly
Once we found it we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot & strong & the kitchen provided everything we needed. Very roomy & relaxing & our grandson enjoyed the table tennis. Lovely walks & it was as a nice surprise to find a bible in our room - very rare these days. We would definitely recommend this lovely place to families

Fantastic Family friendly home away from home
La Cabane retreat is a fantastic family friendly property close to town and the beach. Set in beautiful bush surrounds with its on water feature area, so many birds! We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful place, and we had three families with teenagers. I would recommend this home stay to anyone wanting a large spacious area with lots of room, great kitchen and loads of space for kids to spread out, cricket nets and tennis courts and lots of space for bike riding. Vicki the owner is on site if you need anything and was very helpful when we arrived showing us around - I would definitely stay here again. The property is close to the Lucky Bay brewery and the glass art showroom and two minutes from eleven mile beach - heaven!

Breath of Fresh AIR!
Unlike other hotel type accommodation in Esperance this is FANTASTIC! You can actually get outdoors, enjoy nature without having to leave your accommodation! There is Cricket, Tennis a great fire pit it's just lovely! I find with other hotels etc, you are either stuck in your room or you have to be out all day so this is the perfect blend! great with a group of people too!

Scenic retreat
Beautiful property with so many things to do, very peaceful and relaxing too. The home was equipped with everything you could need and more! Plus the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Owners are lovely and they leave you to do your own thing. A big bonus was being allowed to take our dog. Definitely recommend this one!

Beautiful place
Oh it’s was just amazing this house. Griff was awesome thanks for that. Lucas my son loves the dogs(we may had renamed bailey to follow as he was would follow us everywhere is was great) very lucky he did take him home with us. He did ask griff. Just perfect to have away with family and friends and just relax. Fly fox and skate park was my sons favourite things everything was mine. Will definitely be back again when we are down. Thanks again Griff & Vikki

Incredible retreat surrounded by nature great for our family and friends
We had such a wonderful stay at LaCabane Retreat. From the moment we drove in we were super excited with all the trees, the space and the rustic feel of the place. A beautiful fire, heat pump and heaters to keep us toasty and such a great space for us and our friends and the two dogs. The kids loved exploring the property and the flying fox and skate bowl were a definite hit! Was so great to be able to play some tennis, and to cook pizzas on the outside pizza oven. We enjoyed being able to have the space to eat outside during the day and inside in the evenings. Oh and the table tennis was great too! Thanks so much for having us at your property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we will have the opportunity to come and stay again. Many thanks

Nice place to relax

Serene place
We enjoyed our 1 night stay in the property. It is located near the stores and city centre. The house is complete with necessities. At first, Google map directed us to a different location with the address given. Good thing communication with owner is excellent. We were not given keys to the home but we feel safe anyway.
