Profitez de la vie à la montagne à son meilleur! Ce condo récemment rénové est situé à The Reserve, une communauté de premier plan sur Sugar Mountain. Profitez d'un parking de niveau et d'une vue imprenable sur l'ouest de la Caroline du Nord / l'Est à partir de 5100 pieds d'altitude! Seulement une promenade de 358 verges des pistes. La réserve 25C a été décorée avec goût avec de nouveaux meubles, des œuvres d'art / poteries d'artistes locaux et des équipements de qualité. Il y a un très grand lit dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la chambre et un divan-lit de luxe dans le salon, tous dotés de douillettes douillettes. Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond, un 32 po. LCD combo TV / DVD et est attaché à une salle de bain en taille réelle. La salle de bain principale a un jacuzzi / baignoire de jardin. La cuisine gastronomique améliorée offre un service pour 12 personnes et tous les gadgets que votre menu pourrait exiger. Détendez-vous avec un feu dans la cheminée en pierre empilée, regardez votre émission préférée sur le téléviseur grand écran, dirigez-vous sur la terrasse couverte pour bercer votre après-midi ou dînez en plein air tout en admirant un autre coucher de soleil incroyable sur l'ouest de la Caroline du Nord! Marchez jusqu’à l’accès aux pistes de ski ou faites un court trajet en voiture pour vous rendre au golf, au tennis, à la randonnée, au rafting, aux pistes cyclables, à l’extraction de pierres précieuses, aux antiquités, aux boutiques et à d’autres attractions à proximité. The view is fantastic. Kitchen well stocked. Generally good for 4 people, although only 3 chairs for outside dining. Master bed was too soft. And high, for us short people. But master toilet was unusually low. Living room was ok, but the couches need a cleaning,or replacement(an odor in them). Lastly, more for the owner, lots of cracks are apparent. Could be a long term concern.

I am not one to leave reviews, however, I wanted to make sure I said something about this fantastic condo. It’s better than the pictures, it’s very homey and it has everything you need for your stay, and then some. We were there four nights with our two children and we didn’t even want to leave to go out to dinner. The sunset is beautiful over the mountains and the sunrise is just as gorgeous. Its the perfect location to Sugar Mountain and the lifts. You can walk over and go down from the top of the mountain. We chose to drive down the mountain with our kids. I highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

Our return trip to NC after leaving 40 years ago. Wonderful place to experience the changing of the seasons. Couldn't be a better view from patios to experience early morning fog and evening sunsets. Easy to get to places of interest. Condo was beautifully equipped with everything anyone could want. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals.
Thanks for a grand place to stay in this beautiful state.

This was our first visit to the area to see the colors/ leaves. We weren't disapponted. Sugar Luxe was nothing short of amazing. The views were breathtaking, the unit was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at, and check in and check out was seamless. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect place to escape for a weekend in the mountains

The view to the west from the balcony of the condo is fantastic. We stayed at the condo last year for Memorial Day and this year for 4th of July. Everything needed is at the condo and everything is clean. We remembered how to turn on the water from the closet with the hot water heater. The packet from RRR had clear directions with the door code and map to the condo and wifi password. We will stay again if we get the chance!

Property was nice and clean. A few issues were the noise above the unit. We could hear the people walking around and it was very loud. The tv in the main living didn’t have hdmi1 on it so we had to call and the property maintenance came in a put it on for us to have cable.

We absolutely enjoyed staying in your mountain cabin / condo ! It was very comfortable clean and great vibes ! The mountain was very serene and plenty of winter activities !! we highly recommend this cabin for future guests !

As advertised. Only glitch was we checked in after the rental office had been closed and the address we were given was inaccurate. Otherwise, the property had a beautiful view and was just right for what we were looking for.

Beautiful View and comfortable property
This is our second time staying in this unit. We think it is perfect for our family of four. After long days of skiing, we prefer to just cook a homemade pizza or something simple instead of going out to dinner. This kitchen is perfect to do so. Love that the kids have their own side of the condo and we have the other. Comfy sofas and overall a great space. Will probably book here every year for our ski trip.

Spectacular views from Mount Sugar!!
The space was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully outfitted with pots, pans and utensil for cooking in -- the host even left fixings for hot chocolate (which, were much appreciated on account of the SUB-zero windchills when we arrived!). The beds were very comfortable and the big jet tub was such a nice added amenity. The views out the back deck are amazing -- a truly unique vantage point at over 5,000' in elevation.
We skied both days and access to the mountain was an easy car ride without having to leave the grounds of the resort.
One important note: if you're going to be driving through any winter weather, you should heed the warnings and be sure to have an AWD/4WD car or snow chains on your tires -- the roads up to the condo are steep!
All said, I Highly recommend this property for a high mountain adventure!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful un cluttered comfortable decor but especially the views from the deck. It was breath taking and the sounds of nature & calm. Kitchen had all the amenities & loved having the gas logs to make the living area warm & cozy. Look forward to a return visit soon.

When we viewed the property online, we were unable to see the number of stairs involved in the approach. As senior citizens, we would have preferred a level entry.
The only serious weakness for us was the light that came in though the transoms in the master bedroom, making it difficult to sleep.

I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a mountain getaway. It includes all of the comforts of home with the added benefit of plenty of privacy both in and outside of the condo. Perfect place to watch beautiful sunsets!
