Excelente localização perto do metrô de Botafogo, região tranquila. Equipe super atenciosa, disponível para ajudar com qualquer dúvida. Quarto pequeno mas funcional, com mesa de trabalho, banheiro amplo e chuveiro muito eficiente. Custo-benfício bom para a região de Botafogo, apesar de ser um hotel pequeno e com aspecto familiar. Wi-fi atendeu perfeitamente para fazer parte do trabalho no hotel.

O colchão estava afundando e o travesseiro poderia ser trocado por um melhor pra ter um pouco mais de conforto. Dá pra ouvir barulho de outros quartos pela manhã, e havia um mau cheiro forte no hall de entrada.

Os banheiros precisam de manutençlão, presença de mofo, rejunto velho maçabneta com problemas, AAcústica dos quartos não é muito boa.

The breakfast was robust and quite nice even up to the last minute it was open. The best part was the staff as they really wanted to engage and were extremely helpful.

The rooms were a bit small and the bottom floor didn't have much natural light

The people are very friendly, especially Filipe. Breakfast was good and not interrupted suddenly at 10 as in other hotels

My room was next to a cleaning room so I woke up several times with the noise of the cleaning lady during my last hours of sleep

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Botafogo is a great quarter.

The two gentlemen at reception were fantastic and went above and beyond in helping me make changes to my booking and providing information about the local area. Breakfasts on the two days of my stay were lovely. Shower is high pressure and awesome. Close walking distance to Botafogo bay.

Room is a bit small. Bed mattress is a bit too firm. Air conditioner in Room.3 not working. On the new reservation, I moved to a different room, air works as intended.

The place is central in Botafogo if you're interested in the area like me. The breakfast was also good. The staff is fabulous, especially Carlos, he helped me so much and was so nice and cooperative. They're really the best thing in the hotel.

They don't clean the rooms (no regular daily cleaning). This was super annoying for me because even the towels were not changed. I stayed there for 9 days, and they didn't come a single day. The spaces are quite tight, smaller than they appeared in the photo, but maybe that was just my room. The bread and bakery in the breakfast were not fresh. It also gets quite loud at night, so if you don't sleep easily, take an earplug because the rooms are not so isolated. Also, the hot water in the shower was not very stable, it made it a bit difficult for me to take showers, but if you are okay with that, it's fine.

Very well located, two blocks to the subway and from there, a short ride everywhere. Room was nice and clean and breakfast was also nice. It´s a basic, no nosense well decorated hotel, very adequated if you are spending the whole day away and only want a place to have a bath and sleep.

Veru, very small room, in need of some refurbishment. And they have a restaurant downstairs which makes a LOT OF NOISE, up untill midnight. If you are a light, early sleeper, it´s not the place for you. To be truthful, the noise died down on midnight.

Breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The furniture of the room is very old and should be replaced.

lack of culture. why not have quiet music in the background instead of the tv left on blaring out whatever content is on? bad musty smell in the room, air conditioning dropping water, badly finished skirting boards, terrestrial tv only

Room 4 at ground floor is located in the area where the cleaners stocks are, very noisy and the room is too small

location is okay but not the best, you still have to use metro or taxi to get around , breakfast is okay and the hotel has its own restaurant

room is very tiny (and bathroom too), and has no windows, air conditioning has to be on 24/7 otherwise air in the room would be awful and very hot, no cleaning service for 1 week staying, had to ask for towels by myself what’s is kinda weird for the whole week stay, the room and especially the floor was extremely dirty after 1 week because nobody cleaned it , staff asked my to pay for 1 coffee capsule which I just touched but did not use, it weird to take some really small money for using coffee machine in the room which has only 3 capsules around , I guess it could be for free or maybe there is no need to install coffee machine in room.
