Location to Old and New Town, the harbour and most sightseeing spots. Room was clean and comfortable. Nisos restaurant was good.
Must commend Egi on reception for her extremely pleasant service, going above and beyond to get us to the airport following the taxi no show.
Breakfasts were the same every day and the hot items (eggs, bacon, mushrooms) were cold, unless you asked for fresh eggs.

Convenient location, close to many bars, restaurants & convenience stores. Just a 10 minute walk to Rhodes Old Town.
Just a few extra items of crockery & cutlery were needed, however when I requested these from reception they were provided quite quickly. Sadly there wasn't a toaster, only a sandwich toaster but we made do for our 3 night stay.

The location is great, the hotel is close to everything you need... beach, medieval town, restaurants! The room was spacious, well-designed, with comfortable beds. We opted for the half board basis, and we didn't regret it... the breakfast had plenty of choices, and the dinner was excellent each night! The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. Nisos restaurant (located at the ground floor) 's staff was also very professional and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Great location. Staff was accommodating, we arrived at 3am and the reception was closed so they made sure to give us the code and the keys.
Room was lovely and bathroom had 2 sinks.
We chose double bed but got 2 single beds. Our room was just next to the jacuzzi and room was not soundproof.
When we went down for breakfast the staff did not greet us or show us how to access everything.

Hotel was nice for the out of season cost.
The restaurants were below were very tasty and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was close to the old town.
There were some hot water problems. The room safe forgot the code.

Really fantastic value for money. The hotel has a really welcoming entrance and then nicely presented common areas. The room was I would say more like 4-5 star standard. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. Beautiful views from the balcony were a highlight.
Jacuzzi pool was closed for off season as we stayed in November. The kitchen also lacked utensils.
