Great and timely communication with the host, big room ("7 finestre") , comfortable bed, nice pillows, free snacks and water in the room, fantastic location - walking distance from everything. Room does have 7 windows, as the name says. No on-site parking but the helpful host directed us to a (very) nearby garage with reasonable price for a centre of the city.

No mini fridge in the room (this is nothing really but in case someone needs it).

Very clean room, walking distance from the railway station. I recommend the bistro Fabrik, which is few minutes walk from Palazzo Liberty.

Great value for Bologna; very central, large high-ceiling very bright room; check in and out all automated but off-premise owner Ludovica very attentive and friendly. A no non-sense, quality stay in a beautiful city.

A somewhat clunky internet site to pay and send passport photos before obtaining the code to get into building and room. However, Ludovica communicates by cell phone very efficiently and is extremely helpful to resolve everything immediately.

The place was great - very bright and clean, with excellent lication. The host was super nice, the access was very easy and the room was supplied with everything necessary for our stay.

The room was large and clean.

The property is very close to a large outdoor market and a busy road. It was noisy late at night and early in the morning. It is situated on the second floor of an apartment block and required 3 pincode entries to gain access. We never saw the owner of any other staff or guests. Breakfast, in a nearby cafe, was very basic - a cup of coffee and a croissant.

location was near piazza and park where kids hung out . You needed to be aware of your surroundings. when we walked 2 blocks over it had beautiful shops and restaurants… totally different vibe. There were 3 coded locks before you entered your room.

Ludovica is super friendly and helpful (always response me fast!) that I can only recommend this accommodation to everyone who visits Bologna 🥰 The room is nice and clean !

Great location, close to the centre and easy to reach from the train station (and therefore the airport). Lovely clean room and easy self check-in process, with great communication. Nice and quiet with good air-con for the summer heat, and a really great shower.

The location is excellent. 10 min walk from the central station. And very close to the old city and the shopping street. Room was very clean,, the host was very nice and helpful.

The experience was very good. The room is modern, clean, and full of light. There was a minor problem with the door when we arrived, we called Ludovica, the owner, and she arrived in 10 minutes. She proved to be friendly and generous and a very positive person and solved the problem immediately. We felt comfortable and at home during our stay and would gladly visit again.

Timely and clear communication, easy check in process, immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated room, massive windows in corner position with park view, easy walking distance to all important sights in Bologna and to the train station, and above all a most accommodating and helpful host. The breakfast is served in a nice cafe 3 minutes away, delicious croissants and Italian coffee.
