The wifi was okay till it went off

The light kept going on and off

The bed was what I loved the most.

The room that given to me was what I didn't like. What I saw and paid for was not what I was given. What I was given was only close to what was shown on the internet. Breakfast was served though but I didn't border to ask for the free wifi and I also didn't use the gym and swimming pool either so I have no idea what my experiences would have been like. So my anger is in the first paragraph. Stop enticing people with good pictures and offer them something close to what was expected. It is deceitful and I hate to complain.

The location is not actually direct but it is locatable. Breakfast served only when you asked sometimes. I missed one breakfast because I was expecting to be served in the room like the previous day, only for them to tell me I should have called the kitchen or restaurant to ask for breakfast because they did not want to disturb me. Vital information like that should have been provided when checking in. Nice place though but there is need for improvement.

Their staff need to be trained to have standard hotel etiquette.

The service and the staff where great and prompt

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The facilities are good and comfortable, and for the most part clean. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

There were a couple things that I didn’t like. When we arrived, the bathroom was filthy. There is an issue with towels. Despite two of us staying there, the room was only allowed one towel. So one of us always had to dry with a soaking wet towel. The main issue. Was that the staff would come and collect money for things we ordered up to the room such as food or water in all hours of the night rather than wait till the morning. There would be knocks at the door, midnight, 1 o’clock, or 2 o’clock in the morning. No consideration that we might be sleeping all to collect a couple dollars for bottles of water. This was constant, every night. The majority of the staff was very friendly. However, there was some kitchen staff or servers. That were not friendly at all.

It’s was worth it,the staff are professional and especially the manager mercy always smiling and helpfulwith whatever you need.

The staff said they didn't see my booking whereas it was hand-written on their register. I was told there is no room available. Later, they arranged a room for me where there were lots of mosquitoes. I complained the following morning and the staff politely apologised.

There were mosquitoes in the room and the intercom wasn't working .
