Finding the hotel and parking are a bit difficult but so worth it. In the center of the old town with so many shops and vendors right down the street. Beautiful location and property. The staff is absolutely amazing!!

Very central and had parking

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi is amazing and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Extremely helpful staff. Close to the Old Bridge and old city with amazing atmosphere. Rooms were clean and comfortable Pool & spa was great and breakfast was ok.

The night staff at the front desk was awesome. Welcoming, fun, interesting and kind. Kindness matters after a long drive on unfamiliar roads and that drive into the hotel is kind of tricky thru old town streets and people and she was magnificent. Can not say enough good about her. HAd an excellent dinner spot suggestion and knew many useful bits of info.

Beds where rock hard. not a great night's sleep.

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to all main Mostar sightseeings. Breakfast was very good. All personnel are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is brand new, near the Bridge and the centre. Clean and comfortable, with professional and helpful staff.

Location is great

Heater didn't work

Don't let the state of the surrounding buildings deter you, this place is clean and comfortable and fairly new. Free parking is a plus, and the walk through the UNESCO city streets to Mostar Old Bridge is only 10 minutes or so.

The roads in the old city are difficult to maneuver, and many are closed off to traffic. The route to the hotel was through the pedestrian zone, so be aware that your GPS may tell you to turn down streets that are closed. Don't give up. And remember that coming back out of the area may mean taking a different route. It's best to follow another car or ask directions if you are not sure.

Convenient location. Pleasant, modern and in good condition.

Room a little on the small side

the hotel is just few minutes walk from Mostar old bridge, friendly and helpful staff. Spa facilities are good

they should put something to close the shower box because a lot of water is going out and floor became wet
