It was just perfect. It was our first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, our first time in Mostar, and we had no idea what to expect. With my role in the UN I travel a lot, and I’ve never had a more sincere welcome from hotel staff. Our thanks go to Jenet, Adin, Medin, Maid and the entire team for giving us such a lovely evening and experience. We’ll be back.

Beyond expectations!!! Mostar was beautiful and the hotel was fantastic

We couldn't get the air conditioning to work well. But we didn't call the front desk about it. and most of our other stays thru out our 2 week trip, also had air conditioning issues

Our stay at Hotel Cuprija in Mostar was incredible! We have traveled a lot and we can say without a doubt that your hotel is the most beautiful and hospitable we have ever stayed at! We were traveling for our honeymoon and the front desk greeted us with fresh home-made peach juice and yoghurt upon our arrival and introduced us to their adorable kitten "Muffin." We were missing our farm animals back home and loved getting to hold Muffin and chat with the staff as they assisted us with our luggage. They offered us a superb dinner reservation at the Hotel's restaurant where the lamb and veal was beautifully presented and accompanied by delicious baklava. We loved the online room video previews and were delighted by our room with a wonderful view of the town and enjoyed our daily breakfasts overlooking the Crooked Bridge on the outdoor terrace. To top it all off, they offered us delicious Bosnian cookies during our morning check out which we have enjoyed at home reminding us of our wonderful time in Mostar! If we could give this hotel a 5-star rating we would - definitely recommending to all of our friends and we hope to come back here for a future wedding anniversary!! :) Thank you Hotel Cuprija!!

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the most welcoming owner and staff of the hotel. Carried our bags to our room and had us sit down for welcoming drinks and dessert The hotel itself is amazing with great views and location. Located within the old town and walking distance to the old bridge. Breakfast was superb with a great variety! Service was great constantly asking guests if they were great and needed another cup of coffee etc. At check-out, they surprised us with some Bosnian biscuits as a gift. 5 star service!

Great location. Historical place. Delicious breakfast. Staff is very polite.

The room has no view and its usability is poor. Bathroom facilities need to be improved. Bed can be more comfortable.

The location is great. The staff are helpful, they will carry the luggage up and down.

The room is a bit small and lacks toiletries.

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals sind einfach der Hammer. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Frühstücksbüffet ist super und wird ununterbrochen aufgefüllt, auch noch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit.

Leider müffelt es ab und zu mal aus dem Abfluss im Bad.

no tiene ascensor. Muchas escaleras con escalones altos. laberinto para llegar a la habitación. No aceptan tarjetas. la habitación que pagué decía que tenía 38 metros. En realidad no llegaba a 20. El desayuno es limitadísimo y de muy mala calidad (la fruta de Mostar es excelente ,sin embargo la del hotel no sabía a nada). La bollería mala. El café justísimo cuando en todo Mostar es excelente. El restaurante caro y mediocre.
