The hotel people were very kind and helpful.

You cannot see Mostar for the souvenir shops and the resraurants advertising their food. They should learn a lesson from Dubrovnic.

Mostar is a very touristy place, so you must like sleeping in a tourist city center

The staff was very kind and helpful!

We loved the quadruple room and the decor. The room seemed to have been recently renovated and was spotless. The balcony was a great plus for the room. Also, we loved being right in the old town but it was quiet. Breakfast was huge with tons of choices.

Everything was great! A small thing that I would recommend is adding a few hooks in the bathroom and in the room where to hang towels or clothes would be great! Breakfast is amazing but perhaps having guests choose from the selection rather than bringing out everything, would avoid wasting food.

Hotel Emen is in a great location, just a stones throw from the Old Bridge in Mostar. Staff were attentive and the was spacious and had everything we needed. There was daily housekeeping. The standout is definitely the breakfast- multiple plates of olives, cheese, almonds, dips etc with bread and eggs served with Bosnian coffee. It kept us full for hours! Great way to start the day exploring in Mostar.

It's easier to say what you didn't like because everything was in its place. The breakfast with Bosnian coffee and the performance with the many plates of food were especially great. The hotel has a great location. Next to the entrance to the old town (easy to park your car), but at the same time already in the old town itself. Wonderful staff.

Perfectly located on the pedestrian path to the Old Bridge, clean comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast spread was amazing.

The only minor oddity was the drapes in the room were not wide enough to fully cover the windows.

The location was amazing, the staff were very helpful and service was outstanding! Anna especially was fabulous, she looked after us so well, gave us so much information on history, activities etc!! Anna is a real asset!! we loved our stay in Mostar!!

Lovely hotel inside the walking street, super convenient and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Not any possibility to hang or stowe our clothes. There was no showerdoor, resulting in a wet bathroom after every shower. The minibar was not functioning and however the staff said twice to fix it, they never did.

It was so comfortable clean and great location

Very clean hotel with nice architecture. We stayed at the building across the man building and our room was facing the river . So it was very quite and peaceful. The old stone building had a nice modern touch with nice furniture. We paid extra 6 Euros for each person for breakfast and it was an amazing breakfast for the price. We also had lunch and I think they also run one of the best restaurants in Mostar (trout was very fresh and delicious). All staff at the front desk was super helpful (special thanks to Velid and Ena...).

Central heating would be more comfortable instead of heating with AC. But it's not a big deal..

The Emen is a top central hotel only 2 Minuts walking from the bridge Satri Most, very friendly stuff, and excellent breakfast. There is a parking area nearby , which costs about 12 Euro per day
