Riverbank Cottage - Waterfront
Un magnifique chalet au bord de l'eau situé sur les rives des superbes voies navigables de Sussex Inlet. Un paradis pour les amateurs de navigation de plaisance avec une jetée privée et un amarrage pour bateaux. Assis sur une réserve de parc avec vos propres installations de navigation de plaisance privées, cette maison est moderne et joliment meublée avec vue sur l'eau à 180 degrés.
Une passerelle plate / piste cyclable à votre porte d'entrée est l'endroit idéal pour faire une promenade à pied ou à vélo le long du bord de la rivière, ou monter / marcher jusqu'à la ville qui n'est qu'à quelques centaines de mètres. À pied des restaurants, cafés, le club RSL, cinéma local, magasins locaux et IGA. Situé dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements de Sussex Inlet.
Pêche sur votre propre jetée, navigation de plaisance depuis votre arrière-cour, magnifique parc à votre porte d'entrée, vélo, marche, kayak, natation et navigation de plaisance à portée de main. La navigation vers le Haven est juste ce `` paradis '', avec des eaux bleues aqua claires et des fonds sablonneux avec certains des plus beaux sites de baignade autour ou allez explorer le bassin qui a une pêche fantastique et du ski nautique.
La plage de Cudmirrah est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture et dispose d'une grande pause de surf à l'extrémité nord, idéale pour la baignade et le surf.
Le chalet:
Est une magnifique maison moderne entièrement équipée et joliment décorée avec une vue imprenable sur la plupart des chambres et face au nord, donc baignée de soleil du matin au soir.
Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec bar et lave-vaisselle. La salle à manger offre une vue imprenable sur l'eau et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Le salon est grand et ouvert sur la cuisine et la salle à manger et offre de superbes vues sur l'eau avec des salons confortables, une grande télévision, un lecteur DVD et une grande sélection de films et de jeux de société.
La chambre principale a un lit queen et TV / DVD.
La 2ème chambre a un lit double & 1 lit simple superposé et 1 lit gigogne simple & TV / DVD.
La cour est entièrement clôturée et herbeuse idéale pour les enfants avec bac à sable et balançoire. La maison est climatisée.
La rampe de mise à l'eau est à seulement 100 mètres et laissez votre bateau à l'eau pendant les vacances sur notre jetée.
Inclus pour votre usage: 2 vélos Cruiser. 4 VTT, 2 planches de Stand Up Paddle. 1 kayak. Comprend également tout le linge de lit, les serviettes de bain et les articles de base du garde-manger.

We had a lovely break at Riverbank Cottage. The cottage has a lovely comfortable feel and the location is second to none. Having access to the private jetty was a great bonus.Easy flat walking access to clubs and shops. We were lucky enough to meet the delightful Dasha and her husband who were both very helpful.We would love a return stay.

House could have been a bit cleaner, cob webs on windows inside and outside, good location with a nice view from the dinning room.

When we arrived, property hadn't been cleaned and beds not made. The owner was unaware of this so an email to the owner soon sorted out the issue and the house was just as we had hoped.
Dasha also let us leave a little later, so we were able to have another kayak paddle, being the last day of summer.
A great location on the water and a well looked after house. Highly recommended.

Great short stay in this well appointed property right on the river and a short stroll to shops / restaurants etc. All communication was quick and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend this great spot

The property manager agreed for an early check-in but someone didn't tell the cleaners. Subsequently nothing had been cleaned by the time we arrived. Happily it was soon rectified. So too was a problem with the TV.

We loved our stay at Sussex Inlet. The cottage is exactly as described, very comfortable and well equipped. The location is beautiful with a lovely view. A bonus was the extensive collection of DVDs.
The only negative was that the Wifi information provided was incorrect. And we were unable to contact the host, as the link provided through stayz didn't work. Not a major flaw, and otherwise I would give a rating of excellent.

Towels had not been left out for us.
No toilet paper, notified owner who said cleaner would come and deliver some, never arrived, we had to go buy some while son sat in toilet waiting for us to return. There were ment to be push bikes to ride, but none were in working order, very disappointed. Quilt covers were inside out. Kitchen was under equipment for cooking. No instructions on how to use tv and games or how.to operate the oven as the dial indicators had worn off completely. Shower door needs fixing. Great view and location.

A place you would definitely come back to.
Great value for such a superb location.Wonderful views and great set up, had just about everything for a comfortable stay. Relax or fish from your own jetty or ride the bikes or paddle boards. Enjoy the BBQ, walk to town for a meal or prepare something the the complete kitchen. Do as little or as much in this little piece of paradise.

Fantastic location
Dasha is a fantastic host who always replies quickly to any questions . The property is well kept and well stocked for all needs. Games, toiletries and all the staples u may need.
Location is wonderful and the private jetty on the inlet is wonderful to fish from. Caught a couple of fatties and some bream right out the front.
Would recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to sussex inlet.

Lovely, relaxing cottage on the waterfront
We hugely enjoyed our stay at this property in Sussex Inlet - it is so convenient and a short walk away from the RSL, close to beaches in the area and really well equipped with all the essential items for a stay (and lots of kitchen equipment/tools which can sometime we a rarity!).
Great fun having the kayak, paddleboards and bikes at the house as well. Thank you!

Charming spot right on the waterfront
A charming beach house, right on the water. Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. A big plus for us was all the fun stuff provided - paddle boards, bikes, scooter, chess board and loads of dvds and a wii. Made it to easy to keep the teens entertained.

November Basin fishing trip
Ideal location for a few days at the Basin chasing flathead unfortunately cut short by some pretty awful weather. The Cottage is comfortable and well stocked for everything you will need for such a trip although we couldn't connect to the wifi but hardly a big issue. If the property had a secure boat mooring it would have been ideal or even a power point to charge the electric motor on the boat as this would have save us pulling it from the water at night. Still a good trip and we would definitely come back to Riverbank Cottage as our base.

We had a great stay in this beautiful waterfront cottage. Great views of the water and some good fun fishing off the private jetty.

Everyone enjoyed their stay .
One thing needs addressing , the top bunk does not have a safety railing , I did discuss with the owner and I am sure it has been rectified. ? Our 7 year old fell off the top bunk on the first night

Great Stay
We had a great stay at the Riverbank Cottage. House was lovely and clean, great location. A super well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want, would stay again.

the good, the bad & the ugly
lovely location, comfortable apart from a few items that need replacing. Unfortunately there was a horrible odour inside the property, old brown towels were stiff & didnt smell fresh, lots of open products in cupboards & fridge, broken water jug in fridge was leaking on floor.

Fantastic family holiday
We had a wonderful time at Sussex Inlet. We loved the property, an easy walk to the shops along the riverbank and lots of great beaches to explore nearby. We will definitely be back, we loved it!

Peaceful coastal mini-break
A great little house right on the waters edge. It has a lovely vibe and everything you could want to keep the family entertained. My teens loved the bikes under the house and having morning coffee on their own little jetty. The big chess board was another big hit.

Great Getaway
Couldn't fault this home away from home. Everything was perfect. Well stocked pantry, you didn't have to worry about the small things. Check in was a breeze and communicating with Dasha was a cinch.
