The room was clean and comfortable. It was located in a peaceful and quite area with a lovely park around it. The staff was kind.

I loved the exterior of the hotel, the location in a very peaceful neighborhood and the room - it had high ceilings and a large beatiful window. I also loved the table + the view from the room was gorgeous - I had a chance to see what it was like to live in a classic house like that, even if it was just for 2 days/nights. The breakfast was also good!

The location is great and the people working there were great! The manager was good but not flexible.
They did not offer sleepers.

Very clean and good value for money. The staff was nice and helpful.
An ossue with the shower, water pressure a bit low and the shower curtain too close for comfort - clinged to the body while showering.

I did a reservation for 4 rooms, 2 of them had air conditioning and 2 no. I was not aware of that and it was too hot! also the 2 rooms the king size bed it was not a king size, so quite disappointed.

Nice room and very nice and helpful staff (I had forgotten my phone charger one night, and one of the receptionists gave me what I think was her personal charger for a few hours).

Very quiet, which is what we wanted. Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Nice shower.
Near International zone and convenient tram to the city centre.
Suggest heavier curtains for the very cold nights. the heating was good, but there was sometimes a draught under the curtains

Great location and the reception is working all night. I got an upgraded room so it was very spacious.
Quite a lot of noise coming from the street facing room. If you're noises sensitive, I would suggest requesting a back facing room.
And I counted two spiders and a silverfish bug in my room. Quite a lot of hairs everywhere as well.

Location was a good compromise between proximity to citiy center and to conference venue.

Personnel: mixed. One was very nice. However the lady that checked me out was super unfriendly.

The location is fantastic!
The air freshener is toxic! It is horrible and goes off automatically throughout the day. It made me and many others feel nauseous. Synthetic chemical air fresheners cause many health issues, including asthma, and triggering asthma. Please get rid of the horrible air fresheners in the rooms, lobby, bathrooms, and all over!

The location of the hotel was great, the view of the park was amazing, very calming after the long journey I had. The staff was friendly enough and the whole experience met my expectation and was very pleasant. Should I ever visit the Hague again, this hotel will be on my consideration.
I was not informed of the housekeeping time, and because my timetable was a little odd I was at the room and that time, that was a little annoying as the staff did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate.
