It was affordable. I was always assisted to carry my belongings. All staff members were friendly and very welcoming. I like the fact that the property is situated in town, it’s easy to access shops.

The carpet made me sick. I have sinuses. I didn’t like the fact that the air con was controlled centrally. It made me sick at night. When I needed air con during the day it was off and I would sweat because of that. There was no iron in the room. My room was on the 10th floor, I was told that the room for ironing is on the 9th floor. I didn’t like moving up and down with clothes. The water in the shower was luke warm for the first three nights and completely cold for the rest of the nights. When I reported the issue on 19 November 2024, I was advised to use bathtub while they arrange to fix the shower. The carpet in the reception area and corridors didn’t smell nice.

Staff members are very friendly and drinks.

The room I was in didn’t have lights,the bathroom was filthy. The mirrors also,2 weeks back I was there but in a different room and the mini fridge was leaking and my partner didn’t like the food,it tasted horrible

we really liked the bedroom.

The bathroom was in a bad state. The drain for the tub was blocked, and there was mold and scale all over the tub and shower area which was very unhygienic

The hotel furniture is outdated and I had broken chair and the steel bar on the windows in my room, I couldn't control the air conditioning in the room, the other channels on the TV did not have sound and not working.

We chose to do our own serving in our room. Friendly Staff and not repulsive to questions while safeguarding their status as employees
