The hotel is conveniently located very close to the ski lift. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Rooms are very warm so we were not cold during nights.

The hotel is build in a way that you can perfectly hear people talking in the lobby, especially people that like to speak loud and laugh after 11pm when most of the customers prefer to sleep. We had to call the reception and ask them to make those people be more quite almost every night. I don't understand what's the big deal to install sound proof doors, or to put a sign that asks to be quite after 11pm. Rooms are incredibly warm, almost hot, and there's no way you can adjust the temperature. On our first day we couldn't use hotel's private parking because it was fully booked.

The location. Canillo is a very complicated place to return to. One day I had to ski down to Tarter and take the bus, as the gondola was no longer working.

It is very close (less than 1 minute) to the gondola, so perfect if you are into skiing or snowboarding. Breakfast menu was abundant and rooms were clean. Sauna/pool was good.

Not related to the hotel per se: to be honest skiing in Switzerland, Italy or Austria is WAY better than in Andorra so honestly I don't think I would ever go back to that area. With regards to Canillo, there is not much nightlife/bars in the area and also food options in the town are somewhat limited so it's definitely good if you have a car as there are some nice restaurants in the village close by (5min by car).
