Lovely pool area with beach access. Lobby was well decorated. Offer free wellness activities to hotel guests!

Overall really enjoyed our stay and great value for money. Some parts of the property could use a bit of an update but overall nice.

I am still trying to figure out where the title wellness resort comes from. They have one pool (and one private one). Gym - under construction. Wellness offerings: none The room was not available after check in time - where some hotels would offer a complimentary drink for the wait, nothing here We d booked a room with two beds for three nights - which was not available either. So we got an upgrade for one night and were left without a room for a few hours the next day. I asked for a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience having to change rooms. Response: you got an upgrade. Yes, we did. But only because our room was not available in the first place..? They only wanted to give us one room key as we were only staying for one night.. (same game was repeated when we changed rooms) Wifi password was only provided upon request It was a hassle to get the big duvet changed as we were ok with sharing a bed for one night but not a duvet. They finally got it sorted once I pointed out that we are not a couple and not ok to share a duvet The water in the bathtub didn't drain Don't expect to get a pool towel - especially after 4pm as they run out by then The carpet in the new room was not laid & fixed properly The milky glaswall towards the bathroom and not properly closing & fitted sliding doors were not ideal They tried to be fancy with the light switch control - these could only be accessed from one bed though Overall a disappointing experience due to not friendly and accommodating staff and very bad organization skills. Hostels are more friendly and customer focused. I d save my money on this one

Great staff, breakfast, located directly on the beach with the Lamai beach nearby. Pool has a great roof deck covered area for the hot summer months.

The air-conditioning system can be improved.

They should invest in more sunbeds. Each Morning a towel ‘fight’ to get sunbeds. Only 8-10 in Swimmingpool and a few on the beach, without matras.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the sea and garden. Their restaurant, breakfast, and the restaurant staff is truly exceptional!!!

The room. Absolutely the worst we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. For the expensive price, it was just appalling. Really very poorly finished. Airconditioning was very old and poorly maintained. We entered the room at 31 degrees Celcius. Airco was not working properly so had to run all day to get to 26 degrees, then all day and night non-stop just to keep it at a still unacceptable temperature. And then the kingsize bed… really.. the absolute worst bed we have ever had to sleep in. As hard as rock! Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. Me and my wife both left this hotel after 4 nights of no sleep and severe back pain.

De kamers zijn net gerenoveerd en het hotel is weer geopend sinds eind december. De kamers zijn prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt is gezond, afwisselend en voor ieder wat wils. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf fantastisch te maken! Lunch en diner in het restaurant zijn ook zeker aan te raden!

Wij vonden persoonlijk de bedden erg hard.
