Buffet breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly. Beautiful facilities and environment. Not too crowded. Luxurious rooms.

Lack of access to bottled / safe water to refill water bottles etc. I understand the desire to reduce plastic usage, but people just bring in bottles from Indomart etc. instead. It would help if there were water barrels in the corridor perhaps for people to access safe drinking water. Also, it was hard to dry wet clothes or swimwear in rooms. The brochure on laundry services is inconsistent with the pay per bag approach. Whilst the resort is wonderful, Unfortunately trash outside the resort is becoming a problem.

My stomach didn’t agree with the food

The main thing here is that the staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly we were greeted every day by rainman, Leah, Mila and we cannot forget Erna, they looked after us so well. A big thank you to them all. Gendi helped us to organise a trip to the islands simu took us there and it was so well planned around whatever you want to do however you want to spend your time is ok with them. Aside from this the hotel itself is wonderfully situated the beach here is very private and very well kept, the pool breakfast and spa areas are just lovely the grounds and gardens well groomed. Rooms clean. They cannot do enough to help you in this hotel and to get about outside too. A 10/15 min taxi will get you to Kuta or tangjun Ann beach. Would definitely recommend the photos online looked good but in person it’s great.

The view from the beach, excellent personnel with very.good english, not only very helpful but also kind, welcoming and takiego care of your good experiences from Bali. We have opportunity to have a nice conversation with very kind and knowladgeable driver - Mr. Ali and very intresting conversation with Mr. Gandi who guide us during Monkey Feeding. Everyone - gardener, room service, restaurant, spa and beack workers have been superkind, helpful and make us sure that we choosed right place for holiday.

the food in general need a big improvement

loved that we were offered an upgrade to the villa when we joined the Accor membership which was relatively at a good price! so we were close to the beach with beautiful views.

I felt that the villas are a bit run down & ‘dark’. - probably could do with better lighting, new furniture & deco. the tv reception in our room was not very good either. Our electricity in the room kept going off for the first few days. We also thought it was unfortunate that the beach is not very suitable for swimming in, the sand was too soft to walk into the sea. I would have loved to have enjoyed our stay more if I could swim the ocean. found it a bit unsettling with beggars trying to sell coconuts to us all day and watching our every move while we were trying to relax. we really felt sorry for them. in the end we gave them some money hoping they would leave us alone. the food & drinks was average.

This hotel is very comfortable and very good value. The hotel area is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast food has many choices and is very tasty according to the taste of each individual. Novotel Hotel the best
