I was there for one night .in the morning no eletricity no eater nothing .i could not even was my teeth imagen my self ⁹

It had pleasant view from the terrace and is close to shops, gym and restaurants. Employees were all smiles, so it was hard to explain how everything was awful. I could get toilet paper whenever I asked for it.

There was no water, no wifi, no room service even when asked for. Trash was never emptied, even though it was outside of the room, so cat and monkeys would make a mess whenever I was not near. I was moved from mountain view to "superior room", because of lack of water. The wifi there was not available. It absolutely did not earn its name. To get to the shower/toilet you have to go through rain(if it is rainy, which for me was 5 out of 7 days). The room is dark with annoying overhead light. Lamp next to the bed was not working. I was asked to leave my valuables not in room, but in front, where almost never anyone was. On the last day, similar to first day I could not find anyone, so I went without breakfast. When moved I was asked to pay extra 100k for superior or 250k for the room with pool. But I refused, as I saw no value for the money, and took room without no pool. But there was still moments without proper water flow. I removed head from shower, so I could take a bit better shower. I regret not leaving that place after first day.

For the room with the private pool, everything was great. Small pool but enough for what we used it. The room with mountain views was comfortable (beware - you need to climb some stairs to get there!). The location is OK but you can definitely be closer to Kuta center, we rented motorbikes so it wasn't really a problem (still definitely walkable, though).

WIFI didn't reach the room with mountain views. Our main problem was breakfast - we were told to inform the staff the night before about what we wanted from their menu and at what time - didn't happen one single day, and considering we had appointments for activities it was really inconvenient. The second day we went to the staff in the morning - 2 nasi goreng, 2 toast with scrambled eggs took an hour and some to get to our room, by the time it got there we had left.

The location is very good. Staff was very nice and did their best the way they could. The place himself was not at all as on the pictures, shower was broken, furniture broken, and wifi no at all . Staff did all they could to get it working, but still no wifi. We had to get on the phone cards for the net.

So peaceful and relaxing. Your own pool with the villa, so decadent but lovely. Staff were lovely but sometimes hard to get hold of. The owner was very kind, helped me find the beach on my first day
