The location is up a hill away from the beach but that’s perfect if you don’t like the beach! Also close to bars and shops of the Europa centre

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and in the hotel supermarket which was also very well stocked and good prices. Staff kept up the effort to prevent the pool area being ruined by all inclusive rubbish.

The breakfast, the clean rooms, the comfortable beds, the helpful and friendly staff.

Location is high up in Peurto Rico but we knew that. There are a LOT of steps down to Puerto Rico beach which is fine but climbing back up is a good workout. However a taxi back up is less than 5e. The heated swimming pool is probably one of the best I've experienced in the Canary Islands. My kids were very happy swimming even on a cloudy 19-20 degree day. Beds were comfortable but as a family of 5 no one wanted the sofa bed - that was a bit hard. Supermarket on site is well stocked. Europa center is a few minutes walk with shops, hyperdino supermarket, several restaurants and there is a crazy golf course within a few minutes walk too. Overall, a great place for a week away.

I would really prefer if some areas of the hotel could be smoking and some non smoking. My neighbour sat on their balcony what felt like 24/7 and smoked all the time so I couldn't sit out on mine as it absolutely stank and blew into my apartment when my back doors were open. We were in rooms 1-20 that overlook a nice garden area which is great for the kids but spoilt by the smokers. We were accommodation only but a lot of people seemed to be all inclusive so I can't comment on the quality of the food. This did mean that a lot of the AI guests reserved the pool area and sunbeds quite early as they were staying on site most of the day.

Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. Heated pool was great, plenty sun beds. Free WiFi good, UK TV in the room. Food was good quality and varied. Lively and family orientated entertainment. Close to Europa Centre pubs and restaurants. Plenty taxis available to get to main centre or Mogan Mall.

Some of the ground floor apartments are a bit shaded (which is maybe a good thing for some) and some with restricted outlook. A shallow pool for little children would have been a good addition.

Breakfast was amazing

It's been awhile since l was last here at the Eden and the transformation that's been carried out really brings it on par with other resorts. Definitely recommend it to families with children
