Rénovée tout au long, cette villa est aménagée sur deux niveaux avec trois chambres à l'étage inférieur et chacune avec une salle de bain complète ci-joint. Au niveau principal est le salon et salle à manger avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. Profitez de belles vues sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le niveau principal et le balcon privé attaché.
La cuisine a été conçue avec goût et est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour la préparation des repas lors de votre visite. Nouveaux appareils, armoires et comptoirs neufs.
King lits dans deux des chambres et deux lits doubles dans la troisième chambre. De la chambre mater également profiter du balcon privé. Ce condo dispose également de deux ensembles de lits superposés (total de 4) pour l'espace de couchage supplémentaire. Tous les draps frais sont fournis pour nos clients, avec des serviettes de bain et de plage.
Avec cette location, les clients bénéficient d'un accès à la piscine complexe Shipwatch spacieuse qui est juste une courte distance de marche. Cette piscine est chauffée pendant certaines parties de l'année, et offre une grande terrasse avec beaucoup d'ombre, et une zone de grillades communautaires.
En plus de l'accès à la piscine Ship Watch, vous pourrez également profiter des nombreux sentiers de randonnée à pied et à vélo, du spa, des boutiques et de nombreux restaurants. After finally figuring out which building to get in to, we entered the condo and discovered the beautiful view. We’ve been to Amelia Island several times but really enjoyed this particular location because of the pool, easy beach access and outdoor grills. The condo itself offered the space we needed for our family.

We rented this property for the Easter holiday. Beautiful location, we loved having coffee and seeing the ocean every morning. Looks just like the listing pictures. Unit did not have beach chairs. (We flew there so we could not bring our own.). Rental company was wonderful to work with and highly recommend.

Wonderful property with updated furnishings and appliances. Well stocked kitchen dishes, glasses, and cookware. Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and fairly easy access to the ocean. Communication with Destination Amelia was fantastic even after the hurricane went through the area less than a week before our stay. Lots of steps as described online. Note: elevator does not go directly to floor unit is on as you must climb another 1/2 flight of stairs to access unit once exiting elevator. If in the area I would definitely book this unit again.

This was a great unit for all of us ages 82-1!!! There were more steps than we knew and my 82 year old mom decided to come at the last minute but she made it and enjoyed every minute!! Unit was one of the most well stocked unit we have rented!

Excellent stay
Everything was as listed. Right on the beach. Place was so roomy and there was plenty of linens, accommodations and supplies. A big plus was there are actually two balconies. One in the living room and another in one of the master bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was a huge benefit. Loves the place.

Great place
It was a great place to stay, and had plenty of bed for everyone in our group. The beach was amazing, and not crowded at at all. It was a great location to restaurants and shops.
The only con with the whole thing is that the floors need a good deep clean. My kids would walk around barefoot, and their feet would end up black. Also the patio needs either nicer more comfy chairs or a nice table to sit at in the morning. The rugs in the bathrooms also need a cleaning as well.

Amelia Island Spring Break
We stayed at this property for our kids spring break in April. We had 5 adults and 5 children with age ranges 17 to 2 years old. The condo was fantastic and met our needs perfectly. It was clean and thoughtfully designed. The unit is in very close proximity to both the pool and beach. We plan on returning again very soon!

Specious with plenty of beds and bathrooms
Two floors with all bedrooms on one floor and living/kitchen/dining on another floor. Three bedrooms with one having 2 queen beds, one has a king bed, and the last has a king bed and bunk beds. The other bunk beds are in the hallway. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Balcony has an amazing view of the ocean which makes for great viewing of the sunrise.

Spacious and bright, clean and comfortable
Coming from snowy Ohio, the sun and view rejuvenated us even with our short stay. Amelia Island draws us back again and again with its many attributes and our visit to Shipwatch was pleasant and relaxing. The condo itself was very nice with MORE than enough space for everyone (party of 9). We plan to book the condo for our next Girl's Trip as well.

Wonderful Condo!
This condo is so fresh, nice and clean. Love the renovations. We went down for 4 days while my husband attended a conference at the Omni Hotel. Since the condo is on property, it was a short distance to the conference center-it was perfect. You can reach the beach through an on property boardwalk. The condo has everything you need- paper products, soap, bath and beach towels, kids toys, etc...so don't over pack!

Wonderful Experience
We recently stayed at this wonderful condo at Amelia Island Plantation. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Ryan and Destination Amelia. I have been a real estate agent for almost 20 years and dealt with many, many property management companies and Ryan is head and shoulders above the rest! We originally had booked into another property and due to some unforeseen circumstances ended up having to switch properties, Ryan jumped into action and found a comparable property and location that perfectly met our needs! We also had to come a day early in order to drive around Hurricane Florence and again, Ryan accommodated us...the condo was wonderful and well equipped, easy walk to the pool and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to drive to the shops and restaurants. This is a 3rd thrip to Amelia and we will be back and definitely be using Destination Amelia and recommending it o all our friends!!
