Delivery truck came too early in the morning. Our 30th Wedding Anniversary wasn't made special or catered for. Staff didn't even congratulate us on arrival and nothing in our room to make it special.

The room was gorgeous and the views were stunning. Love the little touches and friendly staff.

The food choices could have been a little more varied. The sausages for breakfast had mushrooms in which was no good for me who has an allergy to mushrooms.

Great food . fantastic breakfast and evening meal. Delightful staff I will definitely return 😊

Meals were delicious and although we think they may have been short staffed for part of the stay the staff were mostly very good. The views from the main house were lovely and the location quiet and peaceful despite the road nearby.

We chose the hotel for its advertised views but were placed in a “de luxe” room away from the main building and looking out only onto the car park. When we spotted that one evening meal had not been added to our bill we pointed this out to the receptionist but received no thanks at all for being honest. The bath was very beautiful but didn’t run warm enough to use!
