Thoroughly enjoyed my stay most importantly staff were all very courteous and faultlessly helpful from door-to-room. Cost-wise was excellent value compared to other places. You'll have to pay commensurately more for any city views if this is important to you (it wasn't to me). Cafe and bistro in-house with Nobu Restaurant were all further nice touches that made it very convenient. I would stay again.

ציפיתי שנקבל חדר עם אמבטיה כי ככה היה בתמונה באתר ולא קיבלנו וזה קצת ביאס. ציפיתי לג׳קוזי בספא ולא היה וזה טיפה ביאס אבל לא קריטי… חוץ מזה אין משהו לא טוב להגיד. שווה בכל קנה מידה

שידרגנו את החדר, למרות זאת הנוף היה בניין עזוב מ. אין ארון בחדר, השארנו את הבגדים במזוודה. בריכה מאוד קטנה

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, modern and extremely spacious. The hotel was in a fantastic location, in between all of the main sites. We found the staff at the hotel to be extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to extend our check out at no extra cost and were still able to use the lovely spa facilities following check out.

Everything was above my expectations- perfect service, accomodation and food. I can recommend this hotel 100%. Will be visiting again soon.

The location was great for all the tourist activities. The public transportation is free for riders over 65 and is very close to the hotel. The design of the hotel was beautiful and a bit unique as it was a curved shape. Lots of marble in the lobby and in our bathroom. Our room was very comfortable; the king bed was excellent. The concierges were very helpful. Breakfast has lots of good choices.

I couldn't personally adjust the room temperature in our room.

Booking through booking.com always gets you the worst room in the case an unrenovated room was what I was told. However management kindly moved us to a renovated room after a few hours. I am Marriott titanium and was treated poorly at a Marriott property and we arrived at kempinski at 7am Every single staff tried to get us a room early as my son fell asleep on the reception area. The minute the housekeeping arrived, a room was cleaned for us to refresh and then we were later upgraded In very grateful to the entire team for making our anniversary amazing.

Tágas szoba, este előtti bekészítés. Egy másik kollega szülinapjára süteményt kapott (én mondjuk nem, pedig a kicsekkolás napján volt nekem is :))

A reggeli kicsit drága. Egy kolléga panaszkodott, hogy hajnalig buliztak a szomszéd szobában.

I didn't like the fact that a "Premium Superior Room" turned out to be looking on to a depressing building facade wrapped in netting for construction purposes and I had to pay €60 per night on top €1,426.46 already agreed for a four night stay to get a room with a decent view of the Ferris Wheel.

الموقع ممتاز الفندق فخم الغرفة كبيرة وواسعة توافر مواقف للسيارات اسفل الفندق خدمة ايقاف السيارة واحضارها كل مافي الفندق ممتاز الهدوء السرير واسع ومريح يحتوي على مطاعم وكافيه ينقل المباريات الاوربية ( ابطال الدوري ) خدمة الغرف سريعة ومتعاونة وودودة توفير ماء مجاني حسب الرغبة ( العدد مفتوح ) الفندق رائع

السعر مرتفع جدا المواقف غالية ( كل المدينة اسعارها غالية ) الوسادة غير مريحة

Super Lage, Innenstadt, Zimmer selbst für 3 super geräumig. Leider war kaum Zeit für das Spa.
