Very good breakfast and location of hotel
a bit small of you are not taking extra room or family room (not sure how larger it is comparison to regular one)

reception people were very nice. Other staff need really to have to know some English the communication was really hard especially with maintenance people
The bathroom need hooks for towels. The shower heads need to be more flexible to aim down. It was going up and down put the head was not aiming down.

The hotel is is a good location across from the beach and close to a castle with beautiful views.
All inclusive was a bit confusing as imported drinks aren’t included.

- Receptionists and other staff were very attentive and polite
- Room was really big with huge balcony and big shower cabin (but we had a room for 3). Probably other rooms are not so large
- The table was long, it's even possible to work
- Room facilities were good. We didn't have iron, but probably we could ask at the reception
- Air conditioned worked properly
- We had Breakfasts and Dinners included - dished were very tasty, good variety of meat, fish, turkey, vegetables, fruits, sweets. One day we even had sushi. Also there is orange fresh every morning (for additional cost).
- Location is great, this is in the center, close to the Teleferik, first beach line
- Related beach was well occupied, it has bar, umbrellas, sunbeds. The managers of the beach were polite and attentive, they timely moved umbrellas when needed, kept beach clean. Water in the sea was so transparent and warm, it was a pleasure to swim.
- WiFi network blocked attempts to VPN connection (for me it was needed, but I had workaround)
- WiFi blocked several websites, e.g. Instagram, YouTube and. For me it wasn't a problem, but for my friend it was important
- we had neighbor at nearest room who spoke loudly on phone at night and laughed
- other things were perfect

Like everywhere else there are bad apples inbetween the staff, however I will not let 1-2 rude night shift staff ruin the hard work and dedication of everyone else.

Good location. Spacious family room which had two rooms in it. Tasty breakfast.
At the check out we were asked to pay for orange fresh which was served for breakfast. They literally forced me to take that juice in the morning and nobody said that it is not included into breakfast and you need to pay extra. It’s not about money at all, it’s about feeling cheated. Personnel at the reception was very unfriendly and certainly not hospitable.

perfect location, affordable price, good food, excellent room service, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Access to the beach is right across the property, very convenient.
We had very poor wi-fi in our room (probably because it was last room on the floor). Some hidden surprises like coffee is not included in dinner if you selected “breakfast and dinner” option and didn’t choose “all included”. Very confusing and misleading. Also no beach towels provided.

Great location across the street from the beach. Clean, quiet room, sea view room with small balcony, fantastic breakfast buffet, easy parking behind hotel, strong hot shower. Even had a nice small gym.

The internet was good. Last time, in another hotel I had huge problems with it. It's close to the shore and the windows are to the west, so that you see the sunset, but not disturbed by the sun in the morning.
The bed was short (about 180 cm). No soap/shampoo/toothpaste/brushes only gel on the wall. The safe didn't work, but they proposed the safe boxes for 15 Lira. Basically, nothing is included. No breakfasts, no deck chairs. I have prolonged my stay for 2 more nights for 2 persons and paid 100 Euro for the stay plus 160 euro for breakfasts and dinners, whereas the dinner didn't include drinks (not even water). The most expensive restaurant nearby has costed me 150 Lira, that is a way cheaper.
