Very friendly staff and good breakfast

We had a junior suite, and it faced the piazza. It was a fabulous room, the beds were very comfortable. The walk-in wardrobe was a great addition to store away the suitcases. We also had a large balcony with sofas and a table. It was lovely to sit there in an evening and relax. Also to have a fridge was an added bonus too. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. It was our first time in Caserta and we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip there.

Located a few blocks from the palace, this hotel provided us with clean rooms and great staff service. one of our rooms had an air conditioning problem, but the staff moved quickly to change rooms and fix the situation. A great place to stay in Caserta!

Beds are not very comfortable, you can hear everything from other rooms, room smells like dust and needs a bit of refurbishment.

Good location on the square. Comfortable room (except the bathroom). Madeleine at the front desk and the housekeeper on floor 2 were both very nice and accommodating.
Front Desk staff and Breakfast staff were cold and rude. Black mold or dirt all over shower, it needs to be addressed asap, was disgusting. Extremely loud music from the square placed until 10:30pm.

Rooms are outdated. Property is rated 4 star, but nobody to help with luggage. Hotel parking at some distance.

Breakfast was good. The room was plenty size wise. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been much better. The hotel restaurant was very nice. HVAC was very good.
At this time I could say anything negative about my stay.

Nice rooms, nice next door restaurant, friendly staff, parking nearby, Reggia Caserta just nearby, 10' walk.
