The place is beautiful and as it is a couple of miles from Inca and out in the country it is extremely quiet. A great place relax and get away from the madness of daily life. The staff were great and couldn't do enough to help you and make sure your stay was a good one. Marg on reception was extremely helpful.

There was a wedding the night of our stay (we were not told about this in advance). The restaurant was closed because of this. The wedding party was just under our window until 12 at night, including music, screams, singing, etc. also on the morning we wanted to have a swim on the pool before checking out but there was an actual poo on it (the pool wasn’t closed, luckily my husband noticed before our daughters went in! there were also lots of cigarette butts around the pool.

The historic atmosphere of the building and the food was amazing.

The sunbeds around the pool were unconfortable and music was not suitable and destroyed the atmosphere of this beautiful environment. After mentioning this several times it got better.

Amazing staff

The hotel is absolutely stunning, its location is idyllic for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy beautiful tranquility surrounded by nature in the middle of Mallorca. We stayed in the junior suite which is such good value for money, the bed was very big and comfortable, AC, amenities everything to high standards. The hotel staff from receptionists to chef, everyone makes personally sure that you will be treated royally. There are 360 degrees nature/ trees/ palm trees / flowers/ fields views around the hotel and not to mention the classical elegant rooms, hallways and lounges. The food was absolutely spectacular (make sure to try the cherry gazpacho) and the breakfast was one of the most impressive, varied, fresh produce breakfast i have ever seen, massive compliments to the chef - Lucho, and last but not least, many thanks to Biel the hotel director who made sure our expectations were met and treated us very friendly.

Pool upkeep could have been better.

Clean, nice looking hotel. Friendly staff. They arranged a breakfast to-go for our early departure.

The hotel did a erroneous credit card charge a month after our stay in the hotel. Despite numerous phone calls they don't seem able/are willing to correct the mistake. Probably the slowest check in process we have ever experienced, despite it being a quite straightforward one night stay.

Loved the location - peaceful & relaxing. Good room, ambience & good breakfast.

Dinner wasn't great. Menu not that well thought out nor executed.

Lovely property in a great central location

There was a wedding on whilst we were there a playing loud music one night until 2 am.

The authentic feeling of living in an old mansion with countryside feeling around. Plenty of sheep around. Its a good location to explore the whole island. Breakfast has a lot of sweets if you like that while the chef really wants to help out if you want something extra; omelett, scrambled eggs etc. The rooms are nice with great garden views.

The noise isolation could be better, we could hear everytime someone was coming up or down the strairs.

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect for sightseeing. The finca itself is a charming, beautiful building, the kind that really could be perfect for an authentic Mallorca experience; the interior design is very well thought out. The staff are wonderful, couldn't be nicer. My room was a regular double, but quite a small one. It didn't bother me traveling on my own, but would have had I been with someone, especially thinking about value for money.

The breakfast was repetitive and dull. Great if you like really sweet stuff for breakfast, all the cakes and doughnuts in the world seemed to be there. Not great if you like some healthy stuff, like vegetables, and maybe to not eat eggs every single day (i was there for 9 days...). I had to go to town and buy some tomatoes and bring my own effectively, because there was nothing the kitchen could give me (!!) when i asked for something, anything like a vegetable, alongside the eggs. And it's all the more frustrating as Mallorca has some absolutely extraordinary produce, the local markets are filled at this time of year (August) with amazing food. It's really not that hard to provide some variety, or some local specialties. The pool is smaller than it looks, and on one day it was full of little water bugs; they should have more lounge chairs around the pool - they're banking on most people going to the wonderful beaches, which is fair enough, but on that one occasion when for some reason it's not practical to drive that far (say, waiting for your flight) they get filled up quickly, and you end up with the seats in the total shade, by the toilets, if you're lucky. The windows in the bathroom of my room (nr 5) really need a bit of upkeep - insects had burrowed through the wood, and every day was a new surprise as to what i'd find in the bathtub - once it was a centipede! So, no thanks. Last, but certainly not least - the wifi was totally unusable. Not because of poor reception, the wifi signal was great, but because it just didn't work, no matter what I did. I flagged it to reception twice, but it was never fixed, so I just relied on my own data, which is fine coming from the EU, less fine if you're traveling from elsewhere.

The room was not the room I reserved online on BOOKING.COM. I booked the JUNIOR SUITE and the staff were unable to confirm by email that we would get a double bed even though the reservation online was for a JUNIOR SUITE WITH a double bed!!!!! I needed to CALL the property to get this sorted, even after sending 2 emails! Also the room and bathroom smelt and we had no water or drinks in the room.

Clean and modern rooms with historic character. Staff were friendly. Incredible breakfast with great selection. Location is good and able to get to whole island.

Pool area was a bit rustic, could be made smarter to match the grand hotel and stylish rooms.
