All great, including the tap beverages Dinner quality was impressive

No Wifi included, anywhere!

Superb location! Our room (45) was at a very convenient location from the "action area", just a few meters away from the front desk and from the main restaurant, walking distance from the main bar and the beach and with a perfect look to the pool area with a sea view. Restaurant offered various vegan foods as well with a lot of local vegetables. The hotel staff was very friendly and fluent in many languages. The hotel has contract with photographers who are -on request only- taking pictures of the guests and their families during beach or pool activities. Before the dinner the pictures are available for sale. A perfect opportunity to take home a piece of memory in a professional photo coverage. Privacy and data protection are highly appreciated, no pictures on social media or shared in any ways with other hotel guests!

Wifi was not free of charge. In room 45 it actually did not work either. A weekly subscription costs 25 Euro and you need to input a long login/password combination every time you wanna reconnect to the network. It's a hassle and at the end of the day, from our room it did not work either. Hotel staff accepted my complaints and refunded my subscription. I opted to an unlimited 4G weekly plan from my cell phone provider for basically the same amount of money. The complimentary wifi is only available around the front desk. Due to the Covid restrictions, there was a predetermined "ideal" path designed in the restaurant along the counters to collect your food. In fact, nobody followed the path, because it just turned into a maze. To fetch a coke, you had to walk 2-3 lines and zig-zags in the "oneway street", just like at the airport security at the TSA screening, so people started to go direct to the counters or across the room which was even causing a reverse flow in the "ideal" way of traffic. This eventually made the predetermined track useless and ultimately people just spent more time in the area than without this maze. Mandatory facemask wearing policy was in force, however the hand sanitizer served just a micro drop of disinfection agent. A more generous serving would have made us more confident.

Good price overall, good tennis court.
