It’s very poorly managed property with no hygiene. They don’t have drivers stay Swimming pool was not cleaned even till 9am.

Some more seasonal fresh fruits should have bee there like Mango, etc

Most of the veg dishes had no garlic, etc

The rooms are pathetic, the AC doesmt work and makes loud noise. Food is all stale and extremely poor. Breakfast is really bad. All breads served are stale and worthless. Reception staff arrogant. Its a 1 star property at best.

Service is pathetic. No Manager at night, complaints go to deaf ears. No redressal of problems. Only one person was at the front desk named Mr. Pandey (looking after everything). Very poor room service - only 1 guy at night for room service. No safety, emergency staircase without handrail, unimaginable. Very unsafe, especially for Children. No scanning of baggage available, poor security. Beverages that are easily available at any 5 star property, were not available.

The location was reasonable

The airconditioning seemed to pull diesel fumes from outside, which was noticeable at night. Also at night the air conditioning was turned up so every night I went to bed cool but woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Not sure if that was to save money. I ate at the hotel and ended up really sick with vomiting and other problems which lasted days.

Rooms are old,stinky. Washrooms are pathetic. Bathtub have cracks and stains on them. Washrooms are size of a matchbox and do not have hand shower and separate shower cubicle. The property is rundown. Definitely not 5 star standards. Will advise to look for other options like Madin n taj which are far better.

The room was big enough for two of us but the bathroom was very small and there was no shower cubicle. The room was cleaned everyday and room service was good. The breakfast was very good and service at breakfast was good .

I booked two rooms and asked for twin beds. Only one room was provided with twin bed. I travelled with my 89 years old father and 92 years old uncle and they could not take a shower for the 4 days that they were there as there was no shower facility and at their age and other difficulties they could not climb up into the bath tub. Though my Uncle was able to climb in he had a fall in the bath tub as it was very slipper there was no bath mat and very narrow. It would really be important for Hotels to make sure that they have shower cubicle in each room which is more important than a bath. The bathroom really needs updating as there are limescale and dirt on the rim of the sink and the bathtub has lost its lustre and the bathtub shower curtain was very old and stained.

The bedroom was filthy and the hotel smelt of cheap cleaning products. There was a dead cockroach in the bedroom and big stains on the carpet.

Hospitality service was beyond expectation. anjum was cooperative and polite n helpful. Made me feel comfortable and at home experience.

Overall stay was good , lot of freebies like free laundry , free evening snacks( son's favourite ) , comfy and large room , pool was good and so was the GYM . Main lobby was roomy and big .

Room was near lift and they put chairs outside room and people would sit and talk all till late at night. They should not put chairs nears rooms and encourage guests to sit there and talk late into the night. Should have a separate area for that not close to the rooms

Staff stole my apple charger, service of the operations is pathetic, continental is bad, desserts are not great, coffee is bad, tried the restaurant few things were unavailable, food was just okay. Only, Asian and Indian is fine. Alcohol is quite bad.
