Clean, comfortable and spacious room. The location was great, minutes from the train station and a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The weather was very warm so the swimming pool was a welcome feature. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A great choice 👍

Ligging, gratis parkeer plaatsen en de mooie tuin. Receptie 7/7 op 24/24 geopend! Mooi ruim proper zwembad! Terras aan de kamer. Mooi ontbijtbuffet, beperkt, maar toch keuze genoeg voor ieder wat wils.

Misschien mocht de kamer wat netter. Er is vernieuwd, maar eerder slordig. De buitenkant van het gebouw en de terrasjes aan de kamers kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken! Jammer dat ontbijt enkel binnen is, terwijl er zo een mooie tuin is. De snacks aan de bar zijn leuk maar mochten wel wat meer gevarieerd zijn, ze zijn allemaal erg vettig.

Lovely family run small hotel in a great location, 5 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes walk into the town. The pool was lovely and plenty of sun bed available throughout the day. Nice European breakfast with something for everyone. Staff super friendly and the little bar area was really nice. Clean hotel and nice rooms.

De badkamer mag iets beter afgewerkt worden. Wastafel en de bovenste rand van de tegeltjes in de douche moeten nog afgekit worden. Plus binnenkant deur en kozijn aub verven.

The pool. Short distance from the train station. 15 minute walk to the Desenzano Guards waterfront. The immaculate tropical themed grounds and helpful staff. Air conditioning and shower water pressure were great. The pool view from room 111 was gorgeous. Pool was clean but not very deep. Comfortable pool temperature. Deep enough to do laps though. Good expanded continental breakfast which did include eggs, bacon and roasted cherry tomatoes. 24/7 front desk. Good Internet connection

No mini-refrigerator in room. Outdoor railings were chipped with early stage rust. Size-able wall chip (12?inches) in room which plaster and paint could have easily resolved between check-ins but wasn’t. Storage space very limited. No drawers for underwear, tee shirts, shorts etc… Not enough hangers to hang pants. Shower doors were unhinge at check-in. Took several hours on day 1 to fix the issue reportedly because “the plumber had a lot of work” that day. Sheets were moderately thin. Pillows not firm enough for great orthopedic support but were functional. Would have liked to have seen more hot breakfast options. During my 2-night stay there was no variation in the breakfast menu. Thin walls. I could hear the neighbor taking. Outdoor noise however was minimal despite being on a busy street. Limited bar and optional food menu (€€). Only one English speaking channel, the rest were in Italian only

fabulous breakfast every morning with a great variety of food on offer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had an excellent view from the balcony and extremely clean and very cool in the hot weather.

The hotel is on a hill which was alright for us but would maybe not suit everyone. especially in the really hot weather.
