Everything was ok till I got salmonella food poise ing from your breakfast buffet.It has been 5 days and the whole trip .has been ruined. Still not recovered

Location was close to the lake and breakfast was quite good, nothing special though.
Interior was really old and the hotel needs renovation. Not worth the money.

Location. Very close to the beach and center
Room windows could have a net to avoid flies and mosquitoes because there are a lot of them and we had hard time opening the windows because of that.

Conveniently placed to center of town. Within easy walk from the railway station.
Rooms a little old fashioned. Would have liked a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The main thing was that it was nice and clean.

It was very satisfactory. Room spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent in a wonderfully decorated room.

Little incident with the owner as he refused to clean our room and give extra towels after they didn't notice the sign on our door

Nice breakfast. Location to lake and free parking.
I think instead of closing the breakfast area, it should be left open to sit and visit in. Provide a cold water dispenser, so you can cool off with a cold drink.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way for us on several occasions. The breakfasts were also very good. We felt very welcome there and can highly recommend it.

the hotel was near the beach and city center - about 10 min.
the hotel is old - like they all are in Italy. they don’t fill the food during breakfast, so if you like to sleep a little bit more in the morning you might not get some croisants or fresh fruit - the just remove the plate so it looks like the fruit was never here.

Fantastic hotel, location is great and easy to access public transport. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and the manager takes time to speak to the guests and how they are getting on. Breakfast is plenty of choice and freshly made. Will definitely use again.

Hotel is only a short walk to the lake and the town centre. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. It was nice to have the rooftop terrace to sit with views of the lake.
The hotel parking is very limited. We did not have a problem as there were not many guests staying at the same time.

Extraordinary kind receptionists. They let us boost our escooters in hotel and served to us breakfast about noon 🙏And they really recommended us the best restaurant in the city.
