The property was beautiful and every detail was so thoughtful. The restaurant and common areas were so lovely. Beautiful views and fruit trees everywhere! We booked this hotel because my mom wanted to take a cooking class. It was the most amazing day and class with Silvia. What an absolute treat! We loved Cortona and this amazing hotel.

Our only complaint was that our rooms were quite a far walk from the main area of the hotel. I should have mentioned before check in that my dad was injured/handicapped because it was a bit of a walk up a hill and stairs. I am sure we would have been able to get a different room, but something to consider if you are older and have a little trouble getting around.

the location is breathtaking, absolutely beautiful, great breakfast.

the rooms were more like a 3 star hotel, they were clean and big but the devil is in the details. They looked like they needed some maintenance, hated the bath of the first room we had, had a extra tall bath tub with no shower head and no shower. Very uncomfortable. We changed rooms to one with a shower and it was OK, not great.

The one star Michelin restaurant was below aspectation!!! Very expensive and no taste. We eat only one Time and The rest we eat în Cortona. Osteria del opera fantastic Food. If IT was a traditionl restaurant we eat many Times there. AT The breakfast, very poor and The same every Day! If you want omlet or something else you must to pay extra!!!!

Every detail of our stay was extremely well-thought out and tended to. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptionally serviced and delightful.

We ended up getting a flat just outside the property because of how treacherous the road is going in/out. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing, in direct contradiction to the food and drink available here for lunch and dinner.

Stunning Relais and exceeded expectations in every dimension from friendliess of staff, to facilities and food available at the main attraction (for us) as the michelin starred restaurant. An incredible venue to spoil yourself with a visit!

Nothing- exceptional start to finish!

Beautiful setting, you have Michelin star restaurant a few minutes walk from your room with outstanding food. The staff was very attentive and made our experience absolutely magical. The Spa facilites were unfortunately closed apart from the pool due to Covid but it is good for what it is. Breakfast was tasty and there is a good variety to choose from. Definitely recommend this place, perfect romantic getaway. They are ill make sure they make your trip memorable :) We will definitely come back!
