Good location near plenty of restaurants.

Wifi was almost unusable, shower took 5-10 mins to get hot, the included breakfast consisted of some packaged items delivered to the room mini fridge every day.

The location of the property is near shopping centers, & save neighborhood.. There are several eateries places,cafes near by. Lounges downstairs very comfortable , nice & clean. Plenty of sofas for residents to rest & to sit down. Willingness on the part of concierge /administrators / , & maintenance personnel to solve & correct problems .to make my stay a pleasant experience. Very professional & caring attitude. *****

Third floor rooms . They look a kind of old beat up rooms. They need to re painted specially baseboards. Modernize someof the appliances especially toasters& stoves. Please have options for breakfasts instead of cheese & ham sandwiches every day. Lactose free choices for yogurts & milk. Scrambled eggs , fresh fruits. & cream of oats & herbal teas for people who avoid caffeine. Fruit juices without sugar. Lastly, increase the # of smaller cooking pots & frying pans , dishes & glasses.

The location is very good, next to a few commercial centers and in a nice neighborhood, near Costanera Tower.

The stuff was very rude. Booking said I have to pay in US dollars at the property in order not to pay extra taxes applied to locals. I exchanged especially dollars for that. At the reception they didn't accept my 100 USD bill because they didn't have cash to give me the change, neither in dollars or Chilean pesos. And they didn't want to help me with any solution. They said that I can cancel the reservation and go away if I want. It was Saturday and all the exchange offices around were closed and they sent me anyway to change the 100 bill in smaller bills. In the end I found on google an exchange office open downtown and I took a uber to there because they were very unhelpful. Definitely I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to my friends. And breakfast was a pack of a sandwich, a carton of milk, a carton of juice, a yogurt, a bag of tea and an instant coffee that was brought to the room, not a proper hotel breakfast.

The same sandwich as breakfast every single day. A box with package juice, milk, no fruit, that generate lot of package waste.
