Lost the W shine!! This not W quality, it is a worn down place in dire need of basic maintenanc. Everything is damaged, chipped and unpolished. Cigarette burns on furniture, stains in shower. Could also use a style upgrade, this is probably 15 years old. We had made reservations for Sunday dinner, but restaurant was closed (really). Rooftop has had better times and loud music can’t hide that. Breakfast is set up in W format, but has old bread and the rest of food looks tired, too. Staff is friendly enough, but they can’t make up for the loss of W shine!!

Nothing you have in the room. No toothbrush, not enough shampoo . Coffee machine was broken (they changed), terrace was very dirty. When i booked a room i had bath on pictures. No bath i found in my room, only shower. Staff at the reception was not able to print a boarding pass. STILL DIDNT RETURN A DEPOSIT OF 300 dollars (passed a week)

The breakfast buffet is excelent with lots of choices. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic. The location is outstanding, close to restaurants, shopping centers and very convenient.

the gym is shared with the buildig and closes at 2 pm on weekends,

the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us a complimentary champagne and Axel from the reception made us a beautiful card.

the room was not very comfortable, the room was a corner unit but the shower had view to the exterior and I felt watched since it dis not have a curtain or something more private. The bathtub in the room only had hot water, it was not possible to regulate with cold water. The pool area has beautiful view but the furniture was old as if it has not been renovated in many years. Overall the hotel needs an update. The breakfast was not anything special.

When I made the check ou the hotel charge me with a diferent value than the value made in reservation. 1 minute after I noticed, asked for the reiburshemnt and till today, a month ago, I didn't recieve it.

the room was amazing, but above all the staff. Particularly Daniela Aramayo offered us everything we needed on a timely fashion to make our stay perfect

odd set up-there are multiple lifts with very few signs to say where things are. the gym remains a mystery to me. many of the staff don’t speak English which is fine of course but when there are no signs and three or four sets of lifts to access different areas it’s a challenge to navigate the place! the pool is glorious but odd set up with no showers (they’re used as storage rooms) or lockers. the limited English meant my transfer took me to the wrong location afterwards, the hotel has not reimbursed me for this cost; it’s a shame to say I should have used Uber.
