Beautiful, clean, and well-located hotel in central Floripa! The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the restaurant was clean and spacious.

I have never had a more terrible experience at a hotel in my life. After switching rooms three times, for dirt on the sheets and hair in the bathroom, I was put in a passable room but with deafening noise from nearby construction. I left after the first night and management refused to work with me on a partial refund - as switching rooms a fourth time in 24 hours is ridiculous. Visibly upset, I was laughed at by the manager, a man that can only be described as cruel and malicious - cue the tears. Please ignore their high rating and save yourself the headache. I have never been so dissatisfied or upset, and lost 4 nights I paid for to avoid another minute there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Management was terrible; laughed in my face when I asked for a refund as I did not want to switch rooms a fourth time because of their lack of cleanliness and comfort. The hotel was dirty and is run by crooks.

I liked the breakfast the most but it could have more options sometimes.

I did not like too much hair in the room, no room service on weekends and no restaurant open on evenings.

The rooms have nice (good taste) decoration and furniture. Everything looks new.

The rooms are a bit too small for a 4* hotel, but it's size is clearly stated before booking.

Location, breakfast and comfortable bed.

The size of bedroom and the necessity to use card to take elevator.
