The view and location were excellent. Based on the location you didn't need a car to get around as everything you needed was within a 5 minute walk - including Port of Airlie so this is a great place to stay if you need to catch an early morning ferry.

The hot tub and sun deck are not connected to your unit which was different than the way it is presented on Booking.com. We would have used it more if it was connected - not a bad thing but good to know that up front. Also only 1 blow dryer so if you have a house full of girls, you might want to bring one with you!

On a very noisy and busy road. The apartment is very tired, needs a new bathroom and decorating. Rooftop balcony overlooked by many apartments.

Brilliant stay! Spacious apartment, well equiped kitchen with squeaky clean mircrowave, good dishwasher, oven and everything else you can possibly need. Aircon in both bedroom and livingroom, nice views from terrace, superb location to both ports from which all tours leave and close to stores and restaurants,... Owner is friendly and everytime we saw him, he was taking care of the property, which clearly shows as it are not modern, brand new apartements but still luxurious and clean. We absolutly loved it!

Nothing!! Brilliant stay! But if you are really extremely picky: - no plugs beside the bed to charge phone (something we Europeans find standard but we often do not find in Australian hotels or apartments and in this one, at least there were more then enough options in the apartment!) - maybe a second dishwasher towel? We tend to use it extensively.

Traffic noise, particularly in the front bedrooms, was really excessive. Need double glazing. Situated right on a roundabout in the middle of town, Great location, but endless truck exhaust brakes. Lastly, the driveway is incredibly steep. Reception is at ground level. Access to the apartments and the lift is about level 2. Impossible for anyone over 70 or with a mobility issue to negotiate. We actually hired a rent a car for the duration of our stay as without one my wife and sister-in-law, who are both mobility impaired, would not have been able to get to the lift.

Loved the fact that we had the lowest floor in the Center of the complex where the uninterrupted view of the marina was great. Loved the fact that we had the lest amount of stairs to our room. 50 metres from the main street made for easy walking distance without the noise of the town centre. A bus stop 50 metres away to all other suburbs and harbours was so convenient and transfers and buses all on time.

Tiles throughout the apartment allowed the sound of moving furniture from up stairs to be heard in our room. Mostly the Center coffee table being dragged over tiles. Perhaps a rug under legs of said table would help.

Close to shops, restaurants, water edge, marina. Comfy bed, lovely heated pool. Clean. Good sized kitchen. Great shower. The hosts were very helpful on our last day with our luggage for which we are very grateful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the marina.

Situated on a very busy, noisy traffic circle so not quiet or peaceful. Had to keep the windows and doors closed to block the noise so no fresh air. Great view but impeded somewhat by telephone poles and passing vehicles. No general spa unless you book a room with a spa. Apartments are not serviced. Only provided with one sachet of washing powder for a whole family for one week. Loud drunk guests next door (until 1:00am!). For the huge price we paid we wished we’d booked into a resort to get value for money. Would recommend hiring a car if staying in Airlie Beach for several days.

The location was perfect for us, very convenient to all shops and restaurants. One bedroom apartment was spacious. Very clean inside an out.

The only thing was the traffic, but what do you expect when you're close to the main road.
