Eu amei tudo, quarto muito confortável e aconchegante, limpeza impecável, atendimento perfeito, café da manhã incrível.. E não posso de deixar de elogiar as meninas da recepção e do café da manhã, umas fofas.

O atendimento é excelente! As meninas são maravilhosas! Piscina linda e limpa. O elevador é rápido e novinho. A vista do quarto é linda!
Café da manhã pouco variado e com muita gente no salão ao mesmo tempo. Não sei porque as janelas ficam fechadas.

Excelente localização, perto da primeira praia, próxima a segunda também e principalmente ao centrinho. O café da manhã era excelente, a limpeza impecável. O quarto era limpo todos os dias. Além disso, a área da piscina é muito confortável pra descansar da praia.

terrific location between beach, one, and two with easy access to shops and restaurants, yet quiet. Love the private balcony with a view of the ocean and hammock. yummy breakfast.

Location is definitely the best thing about the property.
This place is far from a 9,1 rating. there are no:
- willingness to manage customers dissatisfaction;
- no internet in the rooms (apparently there is internet in few rooms but they are selling it as it works in all accommodations;
- we complained about the internet and the proposed solution was to move us to the only available room, but because it was with sea view, they wanted us to pay the upgrade. Shame! We were paying for a service that we didn’t have (internet) and they wanted to make money with a feature that we didn’t need.
- no clothes hangers;
- the sink is about to fall.
THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION: INTERNET ONLY IN COMMON AREAS.

The property is the best value I have found in Morro de Sao Paulo. Of course, are many high end places in town, but I was positive surprised with the accommodations and service for the price. The location is easy access, and closed with the beaches.

Excellent rooms and beds, cleaning was good too! The breakfast is good, however, depending on the time, it was a little bit crowded but nothing that we could not have a nice meal. The pool is small, but with a very nice view. The hotel have a small restaurant at the pool with good options of drinks and foods with a nicer price than some places of the city.
In the last day there was no energy in the city and the hotel did not have emergency power generators. But as it happened in our last day and the energy problem was not problem of the hotel but of the city, this did not impacted much our travel.

Excellent seaview and location, swimming pool with infinite border, delicious breakfast, lift available, good Wi-Fi signal, new furnitures.
Late checkout not offered, noisy guests not following Covid protocol and the property rules.
