Great location, near the town centre and the sea front. Lovely host very friendly. Great breakfast every morning, from full English, to cereal and toast. Nice comfortable room tea & coffee making facilities in the room.. Room nicely decorated and clean.

Nothing we did not like fitted all our requirements for our four day break.

Booked a B B for a business trip, on arrival was told breakfast was 8.30 or 9.30 not very flexible, as I was going to be onsite at 8.00. I was offered a food bag, but i wanted a cooked breakfast to start the day

Lovely clean room, with good facilities. A great breakfast to start everyday. A lovely host in Joanne and the option to have somewhere to park your car for your time there.

Just for me personally I wish the bed was a bit firmer, I'm a heavy guy and found it way too soft for me. The wifi could have been better but we were in the top room, so that may of had something to do with it,

The stairs to the room were very steep and narrow, placing a family room there is perhaps not the best idea.

A great location! Just a few minutes walk from the seafront. Joanne was lovely, very welcoming and attentive. We had plenty of choice for breakfast which was lovely. Very thoughtful of the mini soap, shower gels and tissues in the room was appreciated.

Would have been nice to meet Dean but didnt get a chance :(

A warm welcome by Jo, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was lovely and clean, the cooked breakfast was fresh and tasty, also on offer was cereal, fruit, yoghurt etc. Would highly recommend this Guest House.
