We had to pay for tap water. Even if it's cheap, I think that should not be the case.

It's hard not to like anything about this hotel, everything was great: room , breakfast, spa area, the neighborhood. What surprised me was an infrared lamp in the shower.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Loved the spa, the only negative about the hotel was I would not recommend the massage. Everything else was perfect. Would love to return!

Nothing really bad to say, though we thought dinner was just okay and maybe not worth the 40 euro per head. Having said that we also ate at the next guesthouse up the valley and food was pretty bad there, so made hotel dinner look v nice...

THE VIEW. I don’t think there’s any other accommodation in the valley that can beat that view. So take a room with mountain view, otherwise the experience is incomplete. Food was amazing, although the menu was not very diverse, I appreciated the fact that they use local products (very tasteful) and that they don’t practice food waste. The spa is one of the best I’ve been at and the natural outdoor pool and the fireplace are simply divine. It’s like a fairytale and they kept everything as closest to nature as possible (from materials to style and design, sustainability, preserving the area etc). I wish I would have stayed 3 nights, not just 2, but we’ll come again for sure.

There were a few (rather minor) things that I didn’t really like, which are related to attention to details, hospitality (I would dare say Slovenians aren’t among the best at this chapter), which I am not going to detail. I have put these small inconveniences on the fact that it’s a 4* hotel, not 5*, so I don’t expect the services to be perfect.
