Le jardin et la piscine. Hôtel taille moyenne. L’emplacement calme, mais très proche d’une plage très belle et calme et à 15 min à pied du centre de Santa Maria. Le petit déjeuner. Buffet Très bon et varié.

Il faut plus de parasols dans la plage, parfois tous sont pris. Il faut aussi mettre une indication claire pour dire que cela appartient à l’Hotel.

Petit bémol, la chambre a été calculée avec le balcon du coup ils vendent une chambre plus grande alors qu'elle ne l'est pas donc publicité mensongère en sachant que j'ai payé un supplément pour ça

WLAN ist in den Zimmern nicht verfügbar - nur mit viel Glück im Restaurantbereich und manchmal im Poolbereich. Die Liegen am Pool sind übersäht von Vogelkot. Die Beschattung der Liegen am Strand ist so niedrig, dass man nicht mehr auf der Liege sitzen kann. Viele Moskitos - vor allem im Vergleich zu Boa Vista, wo wir keine Moskitos hatten.

arrived at the hotel late in the evening assessed the facilities it was obvious to me very soon that the hotel did not look anything like the images I booked with. had a terrible nights sleep in an extremely uncomfortable bed, I went down to reception to inform the staff of my unhappiness and that I had no intention of staying in their venue, they made me wait around all day before the manager finally said this happens often and they don’t really care i have to accept it. this is obviously unacceptable and not what I’d expect via booking.com. I explained that I would happy to pay for the one evening I stayed but nothing more as I had no intention of staying and had to find a more suitable venue for my stay. which I did and then left. I then discover that the hotel have been harassing my partner at our alternative venue & im deeply unhappy about this

I loved the breakfast. It was very divers. Each day was a surprise what they would serve for breakfast. Friendly staff and also a lot of options to choose from for dinner. Relaxing environment with a lot of facilities to choose from! Definitely a recommendation!

The property was very clean and well designed, so all rooms looked out onto the beautiful swimming pool. A lot of care and attention is made to the immaculate surrounding gardens, with lustrous colours of the eye catching flowers. It was very welcoming, and comfortable.

Great breakfast, very quiet hotel really relaxing, the staff is great , food at the restaurant is also good and prices are quite balanced, the hotel is in a very good location, just in front of the Hilton, with direct access to the beach (across the road). our experience was very good , on our 2nd trip to Sal.
