Washing machine in the bathroom

Good value for money including basic room and facilities.

Parking was a bit hassle due to neighbor building constructions but managed to avail free parking.

Great room, clean and quiet

Good Wi-fi. Free coffee-to-go in the lobby. Near the old city (10-min walk). Free private parking.

We booked two rooms, and the double-room is located practically underground, the windows were under ground and the room was very dark. TV had only 3 channells. No electric teapot in the room. The studio room (1302) had no soap near the sink (only soap in the shower - not comfortable).

Room medium clean. Found a 2 week old receipt on the floor (not mine) Had to clean all kitchen things before using as they were greasy and spotted with old food. Disgusting. Floor and chairs rather worn. Table with marks. Very basic cutlery which can’t slice a steak if needed.

Nice, clean, and spacious room. Easy check-in and -out. Reasonably priced.

Located in an area with few dining options. The breakfast items available for purchase were quite dismal and the coffee was terrible.

Problems with self check-in. Their computer didn't recognize my name. I used the phone number the hotel gave for situations like this. No one answered. So, in the middle of the night, I had to find a place to sleep. I could do check-in the next day and stay 7/8 nights, even if I had paid in advance. No one told anything about reimbursement for the first night.

Didn't get any code for the main door in advance. No access for coffee or any self-service. Sound isolation was really bad.

Crap value for money. My parents stayed at the best western next door and for the same price they had dinner and breakfast included. The heating was so so and there was no kettle or complementary coffee/tea in the room.

the beds were firm both soft and the place was very clean. bathroom and kitchen uni were like new and having the fridge and cooker and basic utensils was great. there was food available at the reception and free coffee in a pot (which i appreciated when sitting in the cosy lounge area working on my laptop). gym is small but has everything but a gym ball so no complaints). Check in was simple and arriving late was no problem even though there was no one at reception (automatic system was simple).

having a fridge in your room means you hear the gurggling of the compressive every now and again but i only noticed it because the place was very quite at night

The location is perfect for us as we have family across the street more or less.

It is not a chic place and it is far too expensive for what it has to offer. No breakfast and no shower gel and no staff on location. it is unfortunate because they charge as much as nicer hotels nearby. Despite having family close and frequently visiting Lund, I will never pick this hotel again. All continental guests will be disappointed.
