Location, spacious chalet.
Restaurant was open only for breakfast and had to tell them one day in advance to prepare it.

Nice room with very well equipped kitchen. Nice coolish outdoor pool. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, the apartment, service, locality, very nice apartment with heated big shower and toilet, 3 glass windows, stylish wood and luxury accesories. Food could be a little bit tastier from my point of view, but it was made of very good quality products. Highly recommend!

First hotel where I didn’t have a glass or soap. I had to step out of the shower to squeeze soap from the wall dispenser. No one speaks English which is more my problem than theirs. I just found it strange everyone else in town spoke English and no one on the staff did. Also, communication online was poor. I couldn’t get answers. I just kept getting responses that I needed to pay in cash, which turned out to be not true

The house was perfect, everything very clean and cosy, kitchen was fully equipped, the location is great (near the ski resort, near the city center and near supermarket)
Staff does not speak english, so it was a little bit difficult to ask anything

Beautiful view from the apartment on the swimming lake outside. We didn't try the restaurant for breakfast or dinner (our kids are picky eaters), but they loved the ecopool and the trampoline. In walking distance of some restaurants, quick ride with the car to the main attractions of Flachau.
The on-site restaurant works with day menu's, which limits the choice for our kids. We didn't try it therefore.

Really liked the chalets: Clean, new equipment, bigger than expected and super for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. Also friendly staff and easy check in. (We even could get faster in our chalets than communicated before). Thanks for the stay, I would definitely book again.

Great chalet. Helpful and friendly personnel.
Paying with credit or debit card was not possible. We had to make 45Euro expenses to withdraw the money from an ATM.

all the rooms has to share the same balcony ...so when you come as a couple and you want privecy you see kids from the next room in the balcony which is shared looking inside the room not so privet and romantic. and a lot of little kids making noise around couldnt realy rest and relax.
