Mooi resort aan het meer met een geweldig zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en beantwoord al je vragen (Sagendra heeft ons vaak geholpen aan de receptie). Eten is het restaurant is ook echt een aanrader. Bedden in de kamer echt geweldig.
Men zou iets meer aan het onderhoud kunnen doen, zodat het resort zo mooi blijft als het waarschijnlijk ooit gebouwd is.

Hotel is nicely located in the quiet part of the tourism zone, but not to far to miss out on great cafés, restaurants, and other activities.
Staff caters to every need. Are very friendly and easy to strike up a conversation with.
Food is excellent both domestic and more known international cuisine is present.
The hotel room is clean and modern. The beds are the best.

The resort was right at the waterfront with a restaurant, a bar with wine, close to the cable car station and had an unblocked view of Lake Phewa. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff (esp Mr Deep and Mr Raj) more than make up for the dated room interiors. They were very helpful with regards to booking of buses to Kathmandu and even were able to customise dishes to suit our taste. I also love the restaurant that overlooks the lake and would like to visit it again when it’s not raining. On the whole, I really enjoyed my stay there and all the smiley staffs helped to make the rainy days a little sunnier.
The room could do with a tat more lighting and the bathroom some new doors.

Nothing is too much trouble for the restaurant staff. Always accommodating.

Can only visit part of the lake as is pictured by the hotel. It isn't entirely safe to walk close to the lake due to wet ground. Pokhara experiences crazy rain during monsoon, so don't count on the lake as being a big feature to hang around.

Location is beautiful near Phewa Lake. Walking distance to the market area.

The location is very good. However the rooms towards the lake side are of better view & certainly rooms of 1st floor & 2nd floor are far better view wise compared to ground floor.
Breaksfast has a good spread.
The services is top class & staff is very friendly. I got a lot of help from Madhav & Deep in particular.
The flush beside the comode is too short & its ideal for a right handed person. They need to be sensitive for left handed persons & make the pipe a bit longer.
For arranging cabs (when both the in-house cabs are booked) from outside they demand cash payment.

The staff around manager Prim was always very helpful and friendly. Bed was warm and comfortable. The lake view from the room was beautiful.
The premises need an overhaul: hanging sliding door with broken fittings, walk sockets did not hold plugs so that recharging was difficult, AC slightly creaking when turned off.

I wanted a place to relax and stay near the busy downtown Pokhara area but with a swimming pool, lake view balcony and a nice quiet atmosphere. The Waterfront hotel ticked all the boxes and in addition offered a delicious breakfast buffet, had super friendly and helpful staff and was still within easy walking distance to the rest of all the busy bars and shops. loved it and highly recommend!

Great location although its a bit far from the life od the city and spacious, comfy rooms. Great view of the lake too.
the hotel is super understaffed, the staff are a bit inattentive, the balcony door in my room didnt work properly, i asked for a 2nd floor room but they provided me with a 1st floor room. The amenities were very basic compared to the price charged. The breakfast was disappointing to say the least.

Great surroundings. Very comfortable and cosy room. Clean. Staff very prompt and hospitable. Great food including bouffet. Good connectivity and great logistics arrangement by the resort. Perfect place to unwind.
The view from the room -203.Expected more lake view. Rather there was a marshy piece of land. Also, the room no was not mentioned in the booking, so we depended on the discretion of the staff, who could have possibly given us a room with a better view. Our request to change the room went unanswered.

The location is great - close to Lakeside, so an easy walk. It has nice views of the lake. The pool is beautiful. The restaurant was very good. Our room was an excellent size. The staff was wonderful.
The hotel building appears a bit shabby from the outside, but it is nicer inside. The air conditioner in our room was a bit finicky.
