The Pool Area was beautiful and Relaxing. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Overall the Hotel did not feel like a Four Seasons and seemed to be a lower standard than other Four Seasons Hotels we have stayed in. In general the staff seemed to be slow and somewhat disinterested. Again, not the standard one expects from a Four Seasons Hotel. We had issues which we informed the management of at our check out and they were happy to have the feedback and will hopefully make some improvements.

My 13 year old son and I spent 5 days at the Four Seasons in Marrakech and would have liked to spend another week there. The team is extremely helpful and attentive and everything is beautifully spaced out. Our room was spotless with a beautiful, large bathroom. The two pools never felt crowded. I have 2 treatments at the spa - both of which were very professional and carried out in a serene environment.

We liked it all! Breakfast was pretty busy, but it was lovely to see families with grandparents and small children enjoying themselves.

Price - breakfast which was a normal buffet not worth the exorbitant price. Highest price we have paid when the overall room costs are so high. Round pool needs more attentive service - no one help to move sun shades or do drinks

I was surprised that I could hear conversations in the room next door through the adjoining door, but it was quickly resolved. The spa facilities could use an upgrade.

The check-in was delayed by more than 1.5 hrs. Can only get the 2nd room by 4.30 pm. Yet when we had a late flight out - they want us to check out of the rooms sharp at 12 pm. The receptionist was quite rude

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons, from the time they picked me up from airport to the time they dropped me off. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. This was definitely the highlight of my stay. I was treated like a queen!

I didn't like that I had to leave and return back to my reality.
