Great Location, very clean and nicely renovated

The noice in our room. The water flushing from the toilet and the shower from the next rooms could be heard like it was next to our ears or inside our room.

this is a modern, clean small apartment with a balcony that looks up at the fortress. It’s just a few blocks to the main park. it’s modern so the lighting etc are well done and great. The room is small but perfect if you are using it as a base. there is a small kitchenette behind a cabinet that could be used for cooking. has an elevator and great cleaning person who comes daily.

we were on the second floor so room was light; ground floor rooms look darker.

Perfect location, cosy apartment! The location is right next to the car free old town with view of Palamidi castle. You can easily find parking for your car on the street. The apartments have everything you need, including a small kitchen and good bed. The host is very friendly and has good advice an restaurants and things to do.

Room was big and well designed. All kitchen and related tools supplied in using some food as well as coffee, cream, etc. Room and kitchen are perfectly equipped. A/C was weak. It's ground floor (FYI).

Great location. It’s walking distance to everywhere. It’s only 2-3 minutes to a super market and nearest restaurant that serve brunch. It’s about 8 minutes walking to the beach. It is also 5 minutes away from the major street of the town. The owner Andreas was super nice and warm. He prepared a town map for us and told us the nearest food joint and major sightseeing places. The room comes with a tiny functional kitchen. Although we didn’t use it but it was nice to have it if you are trying to making some food for yourself.

We saw some beautiful places of the city, very lively in the evening when the heat subsides and we were even able to go to Monemvasia, following the road along the seashore (a difficult but spectacular route). We were able to accomplish all this thanks to the special conditions of the accommodation at Filoxenion Apartments. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation offer.

There are possible difficulties to park nearby

Wonderful host, a very pleasant building, well taken care of and furnished with care. Great service, friendly welcome. Location near the city centre, yet very quiet. Just perfect.

This is an excellent small place in a quiet location in cente of Nafplio. The owner met us with keys, a map and information on the locality. There is a little kitchenette and the owner kindly left water, tea, coffee, toast and honey. The place is a short walk to everything and the balcony witth a view of the fort is a lovely at the end of a long day to relax and have a drink. I look forward to returning. Very good internet. Very quiet at night. Super comfy bed. Spotless and daily cleaning. The place is compact but has more than everything and was super for a 3 night stay.

Great stay - lovely host!!! Filoxenion was a fabulous place to stay with nice apartments and a cozy balcony with views on the castle. Especially Andreas, the host, makes you feel very welcome

Really beautiful and central appartment, with a big lemon tree infront. The room was very clean and modern, with classic greek elements. Andreas, the owner is landlord and tourguide in one person. He is very welcoming and kind and gave us great tips on what to do in nafplio. Should I ever come back to nafplio I will deffinetly stay at this appartment.

Good location. Short walk from old town and castle. Several restaurants also close by and also a good bakery just around the corner. Room was packed with some drinks and material to prepare breakfast if needed. Also included iron and board, which can be useful when in road-trip. Host was friendly and shared some tips on where to visit and eat. Final remark to internet which was fast (100mbps)

This was a gorgeous apartment overlooking the castle, which lit up at night. The town itself is really lovely and everything is within walking distance. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and had really good facilities. We wish we had stayed here more than one night! Would highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like!

New room, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. 10 minutes walking from the old-town, really easy to park in the street in front of the apartment. Andreas is an excellenent host!
